Along with the release of the "Call of Tempestari" update, a new story quest, the Sevagot frame, as well as his Epitaph pistol, appeared in the multiplayer shooter Warframe. We invite you to learn more about the ghost of the abyss and a quick way to get it.
The Call of Tempestaria brings a new quest to the Origin System! Venture into the turbulence of the Void Storms to investigate the mysterious ghost ship patrolling the Corpus Proxima. After you complete this adventure, you have a chance to add Sevagoth to your arsenal and his signature weapon, the Epitaph.
Completing the Call of Tempestaria quest will reward you with blueprints for a new warframe, Sevagoth, as well as a unique Prex card for your Orbiter.
Make sure you've completed the Deadlock Protocol quest to get started!
Sevagoth's abilities:
Harvest — The shadow of Sevagoth is released outward and rushes forward, destroying enemies in its path. Survivors take Deadly Harvest damage over time. The souls of the dead fill the Well of Death.
Sowing - Plant seeds of death on nearby targets to drain their life force. Harvest what has been sown by exploding affected enemies, dealing radial damage equal to a percentage of their health. The souls of the dead fill the Well of Death.
Darkness - Summons a radial pulse wave that traps and slows enemies, siphoning their life force into the Well of Death. Allies inside the wave consume enemy health with each attack made.
majestic shadow - When the Well of Death is full, Sevagoth's shadow form can be released. Rip your enemy apart with the Melee Abilities Pack.
Despite some similarities between the shadow and Chroma's fourth ability, Sevagoth's form is more refined and connects some gameplay aspects of other frames. Shadow completely changes the mechanics of combat, providing its own style of melee combat and control of enemies.
Sevagoth's Shadow Abilities:
Embrace — Ghostly arms clasp enemies in an embrace into a mess that throbs with convulsions.
Absorption - Rush through enemies, taking their souls with you to heal the Shadow.
Deadly Harvest - Inflicts heartbreaking anguish on nearby enemies.
Unity - Sevagot and his Shadow become one again.
How to get Sevagot:
The main blueprint for creating Sevagoth is issued for completing the Call of Tempestari quest. After that, the blueprint can also be purchased from the Cephalon Simaris shop for 50 points. You will also need a standard set of components: Neurooptics, Framework and System. Their blueprints are a 000% chance reward for Void Storm missions on the Neptune, Pluto, and Veil Proxima. Thus you need:
- Main drawing
- Neurooptics
- frame
- System
- Orokin Battery x3
- 25 credits
The frame assembly time will be 72 hours.
Recommendations:
The main priority for Sevagoth is the ability hit zone, which will allow him to fill the Well of Death faster when using Harvest and Planting. Mods such as Surge, Stretch, or Harbinger's Reach will help with this. Ability strength also plays an important role, so don't forget to use Amplify, Secrets of the Harbinger, and Force Current in the exilus slot. And Flow and Streamline will come in handy if there are energy issues.
For shadow abilities, power-increasing mods are great: Empower, Secrets of the Harbinger, Force Current, or the more expensive Blind Fury and Short-term Empower. In case of extra slots, Stretch can be used to increase the area of effect.
Shadow Claws have a very high Status Chance and Critical Strike value, so it's worth focusing on those stats. You can use the Temper mod to increase the chance of a critical attack, as well as Berserk and Organ Crusher for attack speed and critical damage. The Hotspot mod is needed to increase base damage, and Overload Condition and Fluid Touch, along with any combination of elemental mods, will increase damage even more at the expense of a high status chance.
How to get a secondary weapon Epitaph
Together with Sevagot, a new Epitaph pistol has also appeared in the game. It can fire different types of ammo. Uncharged, uses low-velocity ice bullets that slow down enemies, giving them an advantage in aiming. A charged attack fires a high-velocity projectile with increased critical chance and pierce through. When used in conjunction with Sevagot, Epitaph deals additional damage on headshots.
The main blueprint and components of the pistol drop on Abyss Storm missions, in the Proxima locations of Earth, Venus, and Saturn. Moreover, on Earth and Venus, the chance of obtaining the necessary items is 10%, and on Saturn 15% for the blueprint and 12.5% for the barrel and receiver.
List of necessary items to create an Epitaph:
- Main drawing
- Trunk
- Receiver
- Orokin Battery x7
- 15 credits
Recommendations:
Epitaph deals different damage depending on how you shoot. A fully charged shot will hit and slash with a very high critical chance (highest in the game for a secondary weapon) and a high critical hit multiplier. Alternatively, regular shots will have a high status chance with guaranteed cold damage in a large area.
Since Epitaph does not require reloading and has no ammo, focus on increasing its damage and multi-shot with mods such as Wasp Strike, Dual Barrel, Napalm or Frostbite. You can also increase his crit value with the Crusher and Pistol Gambit mods. But due to the rather low projectile and fire speed, it is worth considering the Deadly Downpour and Lethal Moment mods to mitigate these shortcomings.
