Inhibitors are valuable items in the world of Dying Light 2: Stay Human. Here's how to find them.

The highly anticipated open world horror game Dying Light 2: Stay Human has finally been released, and like its 2015 predecessor, the game boasts a plethora of side missions, challenges, and collectibles that will keep you busy long after you've seen the end credits.

Therefore, it is not surprising that Dying Light 2 is an extremely difficult game with over 50 trophy achievements. Indeed, it's also a game that forces players to upgrade their weapons, gear, and skills to turn the tide against the hordes of the undead.

Combat or parkour is central to the gaming experience, and depending on which you prefer, you'll have to upgrade your health or stamina. So here is our guide to finding inhibitors in Dying Light 2.

Where to find inhibitors in Dying Light 2?

While inhibitors are a valuable resource, they are not hard to find in Dying Light 2, and inhibitor stashes are scattered around the map.

You can track inhibitors using the WGM key indicator, which is displayed in the left corner of the screen when you are about 50 meters away from them.

Finding them becomes easier once you activate the radio towers, as each tower in the region pings the location of inhibitor caches. Unfortunately, hordes of infected usually surround these stashes, so expect a fight every time you go for a resource.

Your best bet to find an abundance of inhibitors in Dying Light 2 is to clear the dark areas of the EHM and the anomalies of the EHM. The catch is that these high-risk, high-reward areas are only accessible at night, when the infected are at their most ferocious. Accordingly, players must be fully prepared to face the challenge if they do not want an untimely restart of the mission.

Blue boxes containing inhibitors can be found in the virus research centers - the biothreat icon on the map. Large buildings are entire labyrinths that are filled to capacity with zombies.

Cleaning up HM anomalies is tricky as you have to fight a high level infected called Revenant. However, once you take care of the Revenant, you can loot a container containing inhibitors and other high-level crafting materials.

Remember that you need three inhibitors to improve health or stamina, which means that you will always have to look for a valuable resource if you want to overcome the many obstacles that the world of Dying Light 2 throws at you.

This concludes our guide to Dying Light 2 Inhibitors. Be sure to check out our dedicated section Dying Light 2 for more news, guides and features.
