While Fortnite Season 6 won fans over with new features like taming wild animals and crafting weapons, it's a collaboration with DC comics called Fortnite x Batman.
Fans who purchase each issue of the comic will receive a code for a free decoration, while those who purchase all six issues will receive Batman skin in armor. The reward for the third installment is Catwoman's pickaxe and claw, and it turns out she's getting a new skin too.
How to get the Catwoman skin in Fortnite
While Fortnite fans will be able to get a pickaxe Catwoman's Grappling Claw as a free code in the second edition of Fortnite x Batman: Zero Point, the new Catwoman Zero skin will be available for purchase in the Item Shop.
Zero Point artist Reilly Brown explained that Catwoman will be gradually replacing parts of her costume in the comics, completing it by the end of issue XNUMX, so it's likely we'll have an entirely new look for Catwoman.
Catwoman release date
When the second edition of Fortnite x Batman was released on May 4, players were given a free code for the Zero Wing glider. On the same day, a set of Batman skins and cosmetics were added to the Item Shop.
Therefore, it is logical that when 18 May Catwoman's Pickaxe will be given out as a reward for the third set, her new Catwoman skin (and possibly a set) will be released in the Item Shop at the same time.
Famous Fortnite leader ShiinaBR has now confirmed this by explaining that the new Catwoman Zero costume from Fortnite x DC: Zero Point comics will indeed be coming to the game as a skin on May 18th.
We'll have to wait and see if Catwoman gets her own set of cosmetics like Batman Zero did to the armor, but that seems likely as she's already getting a pickaxe with Catwoman's gripping claw as a third issue reward.
Catwoman - price
The Batman skin cost 1500 V-Bucks when it entered the Item Shop, so it's highly likely that Catwoman will cost the same. Meanwhile, the Batman set costs 2300 V-bucks, so any cat set should be about the same cost.
