NPC Fisherman is found at the beginning of the game on the southeast edge of Pilgrim's Pass. He asks you to bring him several types of fish, namely lobster, squid, octopus and crabs. He will reward you with a sacred talisman for every fish you bring. Once you bring him all the fish, he will open a shop to sell you fish.
