Homemade Grenades are rare throwing accessories that can be unlocked and then crafted by purchasing a blueprint from a crafter. The in-game description reads: "A powerful explosive that is effective against any threat."
In addition to the grenade blueprint, you will need to assemble the various parts listed below.
- 10x Leftovers
- 1x Alcohol
- 1x battery
You can find scraps almost anywhere in the game; however, other items are in specific locations. For example, you can find alcohol in forgotten shops and dark areas. You can also find batteries in abandoned shops in rare loot containers and escape convoys.
After the craft items are collected and the blueprint is purchased, open the character menu and go to the "Craft" section. Then select the grenade blueprint and select Craft.
How to upgrade grenades in Dying Light 2?
Homemade grenades will deal 76 damage and have a 6m explosion radius. You can upgrade grenade blueprints to deal up to 115 damage in a larger area of effect, however you will also need the following:

- 1x Blighted Trophies (rare)
- 520 Old World Money
