How To Complete Fortnite Llama-Rama Rocket League Challenges

Fortnite has officially revealed all the main details of the upcoming crossover called Rocket League Llama-Rama, including all the exclusive challenges and rewards associated with it. Here's what you need to know.
Even though Fortnite has essentially been known for its crossovers over the past couple of years with the likes of Marvel, DC and Star Wars joining the game in some way, form or plot, the game has really not had a crossover with another major game. . It has been like this until now, but now we are expecting a crossover with Rocket League called Lama-Rama.
The event itself was originally announced back in mid-September 2020, but at the time we had no idea what it would entail. Now, Epic Games has lifted the veil on the details of the event, which aims to celebrate Rocket League's transition to free-to-play, and players will soon be able to unlock cool gear in both games simply by completing a few challenges.
What tasks do I need to complete?
For now, all of the challenges you need to complete during the Lama-Rama event take place within the Rocket League itself. This of course means that you won't need to do anything in Fortnite to get these rewards.
On top of that, for the most part, all the tasks are pretty easy to complete, which means that you need to put in a minimum of effort to complete them. That being said, some of the later challenges can be a little tricky, so you might want to brush up on your skills before trying to unlock them. You can find the complete list below:
- Llamas, Start Your Engines!: Play an online match on any playlist.
- Marked as a win: Win one online match in normal mode with the llama antenna attached to your car.
- Top of the World: Score 5 goals, save or help with the Llama Topper attached to your vehicle.
- Epic Aspiration: Win 5 online matches in any playlist with a llama sticker attached to your car.
- Llama Legend: Get an MVP in any multiplayer match with llama wheels attached to your car.
What rewards will I receive for completing challenges?
Although the challenges themselves can only be completed in Rocket League, completing them will earn you rewards in both games. Unfortunately, the rewards for Fortnite are a bit bland compared to the rewards for the former.
1 task:
- Rocket League Award: Llama Flyer Antenna
- Fortnite Reward: Rocket League Spray
Challenge 2:
- Rocket League Award: Top Llama Topper.
- Fortnite Reward: Holodata Drop Contrail
Challenge 3:
- Rocket League Reward: Llama Octane Decal with Loot
- Fortnite Reward: Rocket Groove Music Track
Challenge 4:
- Rocket League Reward: Llama Wheels
- Fortnite Reward: Rocket League Emoticon
Challenge 5:
- Rocket League Reward: Battle Pass + Battle Ball Antenna, Battle Bus Wheels and Battle Bus Engine Sound.
- Fortnite Reward: Octane RL Backbling + Style Variant
How long do I have to wait to receive these rewards?
According to Epic Games, the Llama-Rama event will start on September 26th and run until October 12th, so you'll have just over two weeks to earn your rewards, which should be plenty of time.
All in all, the event looks like the perfect celebration of both games. Hope everything goes smoothly.
