Right before the teams at EA Games and DICE fully revealed the highly anticipated Battle Royale mode in their latest game in the popular franchise. Battlefieldthey teased us with a card on social media.
Undoubtedly, the map of any battle royale game is the most important aspect, and Battlefield is a competitive FPS game known for its map design and size.
Battlefield V: Firestorm Map
The two biggest challenges facing Battlefield V: Firestorm were the map that the mode would operate on and the use of tanks/vehicles that Battlefield players are used to. While the high-threat tanks and vehicles look like they're in some Fallout 76 level, the map is a monster and players are in awe of their first battles.

Thanks to a rather interesting thread on Twitter, the Battlefield V account has unveiled Halvoy, the longest Battlefield V map in the long run. They continued throughout the day to post images of all of the Battlefield V maps featured at the top of the Halva map.
"That's 10 times the size of our largest map," EA said in a statement.
In the current iteration of the game, Firestorm's Halvoy map is the largest map in the entire Battlefield franchise.
Whether the Battlefield V: Firestorm mode will be a worthy competitor in the genre remains to be seen. At least for now, there is little to worry about in which arena the battle mode will take place. Halvoi seems to have exceeded the expectations of their rabid fans. Due to DICE notoriously not releasing new updates to the map, Halvoy will end up being the only Firestorm map released by EA. Perhaps if the love for the mode is ignited and the fans have a burning desire for more, EA and DICE will work on more maps.
There is a promising addition of a battle royale mode to such a popular game with a fan base. After the delay, it's clear that EA Games and DICE care a lot about this new update.
