Chinese Streamer Genshin Impact Gives Out 'Childe' Tartaglia To 1200 Viewers After Losing A Bet

It's not often that a Genshin Impact streamer decides to give away 1200 Tartaglia (Childe) to 1200 viewers.

For the record, it could cost him nearly $186 if he decides to continue. This is significantly more than the average Russian earns in 10 years. This generous giveaway was because he lost a bet involving Tartaglia.

Most streamers would never give that much money for a small bet. Daxianggo is the name of the Chinese streamer who made this bet on Bilibili. For those who don't know, Bilibili is a popular Chinese video sharing website similar to YouTube.

The Chinese streamer surprisingly respects the decision to give away "Childe" Tartaglia for free to 1200 viewers after his loss.

Naturally, many Redditors were impressed that the streamer delivered on such a massive commitment. The wager itself was simple: Daxiango bet his viewers that they won't have his third relaunch banner in Genshin Impact 2.2.

He stated that he would have given 1200 to Tartaglia if he had been wrong. As Genshin Impact fans may suspect, Childe was found to have a rerun banner in Genshin Impact 2.2.

Daxiango made this bet as he felt Tartaglia's third rerun would be absurd, considering he already had one just recently in 1.4. The 1200 viewers who would receive a free copy of Tartaglia were subscribers, but that money alone would not be enough for all the free copies of Childe.

He informs his followers that they can opt out of a free copy of Tartaglia in Genshin Impact, but they should not force other viewers to do the same.
More than 1200 viewers have subscribed to the Daxiangge channel. These viewers could then choose either Kokomi, Tartaglia, or 500 Chinese Yuan (US$77,6). The streamer noted that he may have to borrow some money to keep that promise.
