How to earn diamonds?
1) In the main menu, you can get diamonds for free for watching videos (every 1.5 hours).
2) At the end of the series, you can increase the reward by 2 diamonds by watching ads.
3) Some choices for diamonds can be made for viewing ads.
4) If you enter the game every day, you will receive rewards that grow every day. You can receive up to 6 diamonds per day for daily login (after 100 days in the game).
5) The group often holds competitions for diamonds (from 50 to 2000).
Flew progress
Your progress is stored in the cloud and tied to one of the following game account login methods:
1) Facebook (and for Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, and for Android)
If you previously logged into the game with a Facebook account, open the game settings and log in with Facebook.
2) google (only for Android)
If you signed in with your Google account last time, open the game settings and sign in with Google.
3)ID device
If the account was not linked to Facebook or Google, then it is linked to the device ID. In order to get back to your progress, you need to uninstall the game, reinstall it, select "no" when prompted to sign in with a Google account if the phone is based on Android (you will need to sign out of your Google account in your device settings). The game will then restore your progress based on your device ID.
Daily Reward
You may not have received a daily reward notification. In this case, the reward could be credited automatically immediately upon entering the game.
The counter with the daily reward could fly off if:
1) You missed at least one day and did not enter the game.
2) The day before the counter was reset, you were in the series. For the reward to appear, you must completely log out of the application and log in again.
If you did not miss days and you were not in the series the day before the counter was reset, please write to the support service at [email protected]
Ads don't appear
Sometimes sponsors can run out of ads, so the game won't prompt you to watch the ad. In this case, we recommend that you close the game and return to it after a few hours.
If you haven't been able to watch the video for a few days, try resetting your advertising ID, look online for how to do it specifically for your device.
Also, if ads don't appear after resetting your ID, try connecting to a different internet network or turning on your VPN.
Payment passed, the purchase was not displayed in the game
First of all, try the following:
- Exit the game
- Reboot your phone
- Enter the game
- Open a store
If after that the game does not process your payment automatically, contact technical support again ([email protected]). Send us your receipt of purchase (we only credit your purchase when you provide a receipt from Apple or Google showing the debit for our app) and print your UID (photos are not accepted) so we can verify your purchase.
How often do new episodes come out
We release an update every 6 weeks, 3-4 episodes for each story. This gives players the opportunity to accumulate diamonds for paid elections. In the future, we plan to release the update more frequently as we have more stories.

How to reset progress or create a new account in the game
It is impossible to completely delete all game progress and start over with a set of 2 cups and 25 diamonds. You can play through the story again by restarting any of the seasons. To do this, click on the circular arrow next to the word "play" and select the option you need.
Please note that when you restart the season, the subsequent ones will disappear from your application. This is because your choices in one season affect all of the following ones.
Purchases for diamonds made once are saved even when the season/series is restarted. The cups are removed when any season or series is restarted. For technical reasons, it is impossible to receive diamonds for replaying series.
If you restarted the season, then it is no longer possible to undo this action.
Numbers instead of letters
Most likely you are playing an unlicensed version of our app. Please download the official version from the app store to continue enjoying the game to the fullest.
If you are playing the official version of the game, but you get this error, try reinstalling the game (your progress will be saved), after that the problem should be fixed.
Male character
As you have noticed, in our game the main characters are women. At the moment we are working on writing new stories, and the creation of a male character as the main character is on the list of our long-term plans. Stay with us and you will find a lot of interesting things! New characters, new stories and the long-awaited continuation of the old ones!
I'm getting an error when signing in to Facebook
If you see this error and you have the Facebook app installed on your phone, try uninstalling it and then logging in with Facebook again in the game itself.
How to change your name
Once you have started the passage of the story, the name cannot be changed. You can only choose your character's name in the first episode of the first season of each story.
Only in the novels "Sails in the Fog", "Born of the Moon" and "The Legend of Willow" the name of the main character cannot be changed.
How to replay a series
You can only replay a series if you have not completed it to the end. To do this, click on the circular arrow next to the word "play" and select the option you need.
The cup is consumed when any episode is restarted, except for the first episode of the first season of any story. For technical reasons, it is impossible to receive diamonds for replaying series.
Change device
If you have changed your device or plan to do so, you can transfer your progress in our game to another device. Link your progress on your old device to your Google account (Android only) or Facebook (both iPhone/iPad and Android), and then log into the game using this data on your new device.
How to get the code, where to enter the code
Our game does not support entering codes. Do not believe sources or other people who say that codes in the game for diamonds / cups exist and they can provide them, this is false information, and the sources or people who say this are scammers.
The sign “Text component ttl” appeared, does not allow to play further
If you have this sign, please follow these steps:
- Exit the game (no need to delete) by clicking on the button at the bottom left in the main menu.
2. Open the game.
3. DO NOT CLICK on play.
4. You need to restart the series from the beginning. To do this, click on the button to the right of “play” and select “restart series”.
Payment error (005) or payments not going through
If you get an error (005) or you can't make a payment in our app, follow these steps:
- Exit the game
- Reboot your phone
- Make sure you are signed into your Google/Apple account in your phone settings
- Enter the game
- Try to repeat the payment.
The game itself made a purchase
Perhaps you made a purchase and did not notice it. The game cannot automatically make any purchases.
