This time around, players are getting a brand new game mode: Echoing Nightmare. Similar to Call of Duty: Zombies, players are tasked with surviving the onslaught of infernal creatures until they inevitably meet their end.

When will Diablo 25 season 3 end?
After talking about things "ending soon", Blizzard has officially announced that Diablo 25 Season 3 will end on April 10th.
Unfortunately, this means that now the iconic Soul Shards will disappear back into the mist, so use them as much as possible before then!
When does Diablo 26 season 3 start?
On April 4, Blizzard officially announced the start date for Season 26. After a few weeks of access to the PTR, Season 26 will officially begin 15 April.
Diablo 3 Season 26: Theme
Season 26 revolves around the brand new limited time game mode Echoing Nightmare. Described as "an optional and rewarding end-game challenge where players fight in a flashback to the Nephalem who fell in the Great Rift. Today's Nephalem must stand their ground until they are inevitably overwhelmed or defeated."
Conjuring up images of CoD Zombies and other survival games, players will have to collect Petrified Creek, defeating the Guardians of the Great Rift to Enter the Nightmare Echoes arena.
