Call of Duty is well known for its action-packed sequences and brilliant storytelling. Modern Warfare (2019) was a huge success thanks to its focus on realism and immersive storytelling. Modern Warfare 2 continues this legacy with a dark and gritty campaign featuring iconic Call of Duty characters.

Full walkthrough of the mission Team Ghost
Move through the tunnels to get into the base. Laser traps are scattered all over the place. You will need to use smoke grenades to see them. For the first set of traps, just crouch to get past. Press the disarm button that is glued to the wall.
For the second set, use the pipes as laser coating to avoid marking.
For the third set, time your movement for the time when both lasers pass through some tubes. Pass between them and go to the other side of the path.
Eliminate some enemies in the next area.
The next room will contain the last set of laser traps. Crouch down to avoid getting caught. An enemy will appear when you get close to the disable button
Climb the stairs to exit the tunnels and then take out the two enemies next to the helicopter. Then go to the hangar and enter the access code.
Now, as Soap, use the Spotter Scope to spot targets for the helicopter. Mark the gate to gain access to the complex. Use the Spotter Scope again to destroy a building with multiple enemies.
Pass the building and approach the large radio tower. Mark it as a target to shoot it down and clear it of enemies.
Move to the barracks to the west. Destroy all enemies in this building.
Mark the APC in front of the command center to destroy it and clear the area. After cleaning, move to the front door and get ready to break in.
Return as Gus, enter the hangar and kill all the enemies inside. After leaving the hangar, move along the airfield, using the trucks as cover.
Come to the hangar 03 and enter the code to enter. Kill all the enemies inside to secure the container that contains Valeria.
As Soap, fight through the Command Center again. Make sure you don't take too long here or Graves will run away. Exit the command center and cross the wall to reach the training area. The graves will be here, but inside the tank. You can get the achievementHighest mark» here by destroying all the shooting targets.
Find orange crates scattered throughout the area containing C4. Explosives are the only way to damage a tank. Hit Graves at least 4 times with C4to kill him and complete the mission. If you're having a hard time getting close to the tank, lure it into buildings and drop C4 off the roof. There is also an RPG at the back of the training area that you can use.

How to complete Team Ghost Mission on Realistic Difficulty
Prioritize Stealth as Gus
The starting load of Gsa consists of weapons with silencer. Stick to using them in all of his sequences to deal with gunfights more easily. Stay crouched as you make your way through areas and take out isolated enemies first. Since it will be just you and Alejandro together, stealth will be the best strategy against being outnumbered.
Use of armor plates
As Soap, you will have access to armor plates that increase your health. Make sure you equip them to give yourself more protection. If you're done, you can find a crate containing a set of them in every building you enter. Do not forget equip them after receiving them, since it's not automatic.
Use spotter scope to clear infantry
While you need to use Spotter Scope to destroy buildings and important targets, you can also tag infantry to clear them easily. This makes it safer to move on to your next destinations.
Head into buildings to get a good vantage point
You will be fighting a lot of enemies that will come from several directions. Instead of staying outdoors or using small pieces of cover, move into buildings to maximize your survivability. Make sure the building is clean before fighting the enemies outside. The buildings will provide vantage points from which to attack easily.
Use Flashbangs before entering rooms
As you move from room to room, do the habit of throwing a flash before entering. This makes it safer for you to go blind as the enemies will be stunned. This is especially important in realism, as you can die in just a few hits if the enemies have a clear view of you.
Throw C4 from the rooftops
When fighting Graves, it will be difficult for you to throw a C4 at him from ground level, as you will be barricaded by tank gun fire as well as enemy infantry in the area. Raising C4, head to the roof of the building and throw it at storage tank.
This is a safer method, as you can simply return to the stairwell if the tank starts aiming at you. remember, that C4 must not stick to the tank to deal damage.
Use an RPG to deal extra damage
you can find RPG-7 at the very back of the training area, inside a small concrete tunnel. Use this to get a light hit on Graves. You will only have one rocket, so make sure it counts.

To get Practice Makes Perfect, you will need shoot at all targets in the training area. The training area is where you fight Graves while he is in the tank. The targets are metal boards with the design of the enemy holding a cannon in his hands.
The mission will end as soon as you destroy the tank, so you will need to take them all out beforehand. It can be hard to find them while avoiding gunfire, so give priority to clearing targets that are indoors, before going after those outside. Move from house to house to make sure you don't miss a single one.
