Kuki Shinobu is a new character that will appear in Genshin Impact 2.3. A member of the Arataki Gang that Arataki himself listens to!
There is a line in Arataka Itto's voice lines that introduces a new character, Kouki Shinobu. We will be introduced to him in the next updates, where she will appear before us first as an NPC.
About the character
Representative of the Inazuma region.
Shinobu is responsible for keeping Itto's antics in check, going out of his way to make amends for any damage caused by them as well as getting him out of prison.
Here is what Arataki Itto says about her:
Arataki gang members always do as I say. Everyone except Shinobu. She constantly rereads me! But that's nothing. The loot that comes to me with such hard work, she returns! But Shinobu also gets me out of jail and all the trouble we get into, so she's forgiven for that. Besides, I better not make her angry, otherwise she will turn my life into a living nightmare ...
