League of Legends - Update 10.13, All Buffs and Nerfs
The League of Legends 10.13 patch is already in the process of being tested by Riot behind the scenes, and it looks like the LoL developers already have a list of buffs and nerfs ready for the June 24th update, including Death's Dance tweaks and more.
Aside from the welcome nerfs to AD weapons, the League of Legends 10.13 update will also see Yumi, Kalista, Ornn, Aphelios, and Cassiopeia have their power reduced. Caster Syndra, all stars, will also receive new updates.
However, there are a few champions that should be promoted. Jungle Nocturne's abilities will be tweaked a bit, while Yorick, Gnar, Vee, Lucian, Rakan, and the notoriously cunning champion Reese will get buffs in patch 10.13.
Patch 10.13 will also see some more interesting changes packaged along with the usual buffs and nerfs. In particular, winning runes that need to be chosen will have Conqueror change their max stacks and adaptive strength.
Kog'Maw and Nunu are also getting some serious AP scaling in LoL patch 10.13 to give them a different build order. The soft ADC in particular will get big buffs to its Q and R ratios.

AP Kog'Maw may return in Update 10.13
For League players who've been peddling MOBA Riot for half a century or more, you might still get the impression that Kog'Maw's bot lane dominance was just yesterday. Protect the Kog teams reigned supreme in professional games and ranked.
Unfortunately, the wondrous years of the bilious mouth of the Abyss are behind him; at least until Riot drops new buffs to their ability strength variant in LoL patch 10.13. In the June 24 patch, Kog'Maw will get a big boost.
The LoL devs are increasing Kog's Caustic Spittle (Q) AP ratio from 50% to 70%, and are also improving the AP ratio for their ultimate Living Artillery (R) to 35%. This should bring Kog'Maw back to the old bug days as an AP bot laner from 10.13.
Medic Akali, M.D. Kennen, and Surgeon Shen VFX Changes
LoL Patch 10.13 may have some big balance changes, but there are also some new skins as well as a couple of VFX updates.
The old skins for Akali, Kennen and Shen, all of which are dedicated to the medical professions, will be updated. These cosmetic updates were last touched by Riot in January 2011.
Riot Kingby confirmed that new updates, as well as many new colors for Nurse Akali, Kennen, and Surgeon Shen skins, were to be released "in support and celebration of all healthcare workers in the fight against [the pandemic]." »
Finally, the next League of Legends update is expected to feature new reporting tools for Featured Champions. According to Yetter, players will also be able to mute all violators in the pre-election lobby.
Patch League of Legends 10.13 will be released on Wednesday, June 24th. We will have full details of the expected changes as soon as Riot releases concrete numbers for all upcoming buffs and nerfs.
