Best Halo Infinite Forge Maps: 15 Custom Creations You Need to Play

Halo Infinite Forge is the best iteration of the game mode to date, so here are some of the best card designs and creations that have already been made by the Halo community.

After months of teasing and waiting, Halo Infinite's forge mode has finally arrived. As part of the game's massive winter update, gamers now have the ability to customize, create, and design their own maps, weapons, and more.

Even though the Halo community has just launched, they are already hard at work with their creations. Whether it's recreating iconic maps from past Halo games, bringing locations from movies and TV shows to life, or simply creating an entirely new map, Halo Infinite Forge already has some fantastic designs available to play with.

Without further ado, here are some of our favorite Halo Infinite Forge creations so far.

Repulsive Football by Bob_Is_Here

Football mini-game Halo Infinite? What more could you want.

While Forge allows you to create maps, it also gives players the ability to create new and innovative mini-games and game modes in Halo Infinite. Enter Repul Soccer, an endless map that is Rocket League meets Grifball.

The creator of Bob_Is_Here has turned the Repulsor gadget into an even better and more addictive tool with this game. The map is a 4v4 game, so make some friends and try out this unique and ingenious map.

Want to play Halo Infinite football? Repul Soccer can download here.

Lockout (remake) by Uneeq

Lockout is one of the most famous and beloved Halo maps of all time.

Of course, one of the most exciting parts of Forge is that it gives Halo players the opportunity to recreate some of the franchise's most iconic locations and maps. And when it comes to Halo's multiplayer experience, it doesn't get any more legendary than Lockout.

This Halo 2 multiplayer map is a fan favorite and has been remastered by Uneeq in great detail. For longtime Halo fans, this Forge creation is a must-play.

Uneeq's Halo Infinite Lockout remake is available download and play here.

Damnation (Halo CE Remake) by TheSilenceBrokn

Speaking of remasters, this modern take on the classic Combat Evolved Damnation map is another great map for old Halo players.

For those interested, Halo Infinite's Damnation supports Slayer, Oddball King of the Hill, Last Spartan Standing, and more. The curse from TheSilenceBrokn can find here.

Making of: Eternity

This map is a small and vertically heavy setup that cleverly exploits the beauty and detail of the Infinite Forge mode. It's a visual treat, but it also encourages fast-paced gameplay and melee combat.

What's more, the creator has uploaded a video to YouTube showing how they created the map. So for those Halo players who want to take a deep dive into how to create a polished yet simple Forge map, Eternity is something to look into.

Eternity is available for downloads here.

Final Destination [20XX] by MadManEpic

Another mini-game that is as fun as it is creative. Final Destination only pits players against each other with the Plasma Pistol and high recoil grenades. They are endowed with high health and endless capture of shots and knockback charges.

Basically, this Forge creation is similar to Halo's version of Smash Bros. It's chaotic, fun and can be played 1v1 or with 8 players. For those who want to give this unique mode, the map can be available here.

Curfew by Sikamikanico

Curfew is an updated version of the popular Halo 5 Forge map.

This Halo Infinite Forge creation is an updated version of the Halo 5 Forge map, Precinct. While the Halo 5 version was made in partnership with BlaxeDillion, creator Sikamikanico decided to port the map to Infinite himself.

With a futuristic, dystopian setting as the backdrop, Curfew can be played in multiple ways and with up to 8 players. The Creation of the Forge supports the Assassin, the King of the Hill and the Fortress.

This map is playable and downloads here.

Admiration for the fort

Underwater city Bioshock Rapture is an iconic game setting.

Could you go ahead and give this amazing recreation of Bioshock a chance in Halo Infinite? When many think of iconic game settings, Rapture City is likely to be at the top of this list.

Fort has created a map that replicates part of this beloved underwater city, with 8 Halo players able to go toe-to-toe in FFA on this map. This is just one great example of how extensive customization is with Halo Infinite's Forge mode.

Rapture can be accessed and download here.

Parkour evolved from Oscarb640

For Halo players looking to take a break from shooting and just experience racing life, this Forge creation is a fun, challenging yet beautifully crafted race track.

The map has checkpoints set from when - and if - you fall off the track. And with changes and updates still on the way, this course is a fun way to change the usual Halo multiplayer experience.

For those who want to test their Halo driving skills, the map is availabledownload here.

MW2 Highrise by HollywoodForge

In Halo Infinite's Forge, gamers make classic Call of Duty maps as well as old Halo maps.

Call of Duty map in Halo Infinite? Let's talk about a crossover for the ages. This remake of the iconic Modern Warfare 2 map can be played with up to 24 players.

This is a great map for vertical gameplay and a fun example of how Infinite's Forge allows gamers to bring not only the best Halo cards into the game, but also the best cards from other great multiplayer games.

MW2 Highrise can be downloaded here.

Paintball Maze Hedge by Bob_Is_Here

Calling all the paintball lovers out, this Forge map is for you.

In addition to making RepulSoccer, Forge creator Bob_Is_Here also made a paintball minigame map in the new Forge creator. With only a modified line rifle and plasma pistol at your disposal, this game mode is a fun experience that can be played with up to 24 players.

For those who are afraid to try real paintball, Halo Infinite gives you the opportunity to play it virtually. Paintball hedge maze can be found here.

Hex-A-Gone by Unsorted_Guy

Fall Guys crossover with Halo? Register, thanks. This map is inspired by the aesthetics and gameplay of - you guessed it - Fall Guys. Creator Unsorted_Guy describes the map and creation as a unique game mode: "The goal of this mini-game is to be the last player standing above the lava."

This Forge creation can be played with up to 16 players and can have as few as 4. So grab your buddies and see who might be the last person standing. Hex-A-Gone can be downloadedhere.

Glacial by AbyssalSoda

This snowy setting is one that Halo fans will feel right at home with from past Halo games.

This large team battle map offers a giant, icy settlement for players to dive into. Creator AbyssalSoda describes the map as "a semi-asymmetrical map set in a remote part of Installation 07, where some UNSC troops are stranded and alone after losing Infinity."

With plenty of viewpoints for ranged combat as well as flat surfaces for vehicular combat, Glacial's snowy setting is something Halo fans can play with a sense of nostalgia to go along with.

Glaciers can be seen here.

Jenga! by TheOneTruery

Jenga in Halo? Register me now

The Halo community isn't just copying other video game and minigame settings, they're also porting real board games to Forge Halo Infinite's mode.

For those who don't understand how Jenga will work in Halo, the map's creator has provided a brief explanation. “At the beginning of the game and in each round, a random player is chosen as the prop thrower, the infection style! Throwers have endless knockbacks to easily throw things along with their energy swords."

Jenga! by TheOneTruery you can play here.

D1SC0 by CJVDQ

Cyberpunk meets Halo in this whimsical Forge creation

This steampunk-inspired map is about as close as Halo fans will be able to play Infinite with a cyberpunk-like background. With fantastic lighting and great attention to detail, creator CJVDQ has done a great job of creating a fully realized environment.

For those who want to jump into this Forge creation, D1SC0 can be found here.

NEUROSIS by StarCaster8281

This simple yet exciting creation of Forge puts Halo players on both sides of a massive bridge. With only one direction, face-to-face or ranged combat is encouraged. However, the map also offers great aerial combat opportunities if players can get their hands on some of the map's vehicles.

With a large open setting, Neurosis is a great Big Team Battle setting that will likely inspire some epic 1v1 battles. Neurosis can be downloaded here.

That's all! Some of our favorite Halo Infinite Forge maps so far. Be sure to check back to this page regularly as we update you with all the latest creations.
