Best Landing Spots in Apex Legends. Legendary Loot Zones!

In our Apex Legends Guide "Best drop off spots» details all the best options available at the start of the match. We'll cover Hot Zones, Supply Ships, Supply Capsules, and some great landing spots, whether you're new to these types of games or a veteran!
The good news is that Apex Legends doesn't have any frankly poor locations, and they're all pretty good when it comes to loot. This doesn't mean there aren't particularly good spots, just that you don't have to worry too much about where you land!
APEX LEGENDS LOCATIONS WITH THE BEST LOOT
These are the places with the best loot. This does not mean that you need to rush there headlong, because most of the competitors rush there, so land in them only if you are confident in your strength. We'll break down the smarter landing spots deeper in the guide!
Hot zone
At the beginning of the game, randomly selected areas are designated as the Hot Zone. This area contains high value loot and guaranteed legendary equipment or fully equipped weapons. You'll know you've found a fully equipped weapon if it turns out to be gold (the weapon comes with attachments). This immediately gives you a big advantage, because at the beginning of the game, investments are a huge step forward against players who are still trying to find equipment and weapons.
As you can see in the screenshot above, the Hot Zone is located at the Skulls. If you have a strong group, it is worth rushing there. However, if you are just starting out, stay away from such places because they are popular landing spots.
Supply ship
Another very hot area where you can go to collect valuable loot is the Supply Ship. With the introduction of a rather interesting and new idea of not taking fall damage, Apex Legends can use this. The ship spawns at one edge of the map and heads towards a cyan-colored marker on the map where it will eventually land. You can land on it early in the game and it carries some of the best guaranteed loot on the map. Again, this is an area that will be visited quite often. You need to grab a gun as quickly as possible and try to eliminate anyone who doesn't have one. If you don't get it right away, you're probably better off just jumping to the side and looking for loot elsewhere. As soon as the Supply Ship reaches the marker on the map, it docks and fades out. You can then get to this area via ropes if you wish, but by this point it is usually heavily looted. Sometimes you might get lucky!

BEST LANDING PLACES
These are places that are suitable for landing and looking for quality loot. For the most part, any area that has a name will be good for loot. If you want to avoid the players, then land somewhere far away. But if you don’t mind the competition, then below we will look at just such places! So:
Bunker
The bunker has two sides, left and right. Each of them has several supply crates for quick capture. But the most important loot is inside, a lot of loot is scattered in different rooms. However, assembling it is a difficult task, so if you don't like close combat, you can refuse this venture. The bunker is located closer to the middle of the map, so in most cases people rush there!
Relay
This is a nice place with lots of crates and items scattered around, especially in the large area on the right side. It can be a good spot if you're new and it's at the very end of the flight path, but if you happen to be right over it, then you'll probably get a few fights. This spot can sometimes be problematic to advance to the next lap, but look for the nearest relaunch balloon that should solve this problem.
Water Treatment Plant
It's a big area, and if you land to the back of it, you can find a ton of early supply crates to grab some loot. How many times have I landed there, in addition to epic shields, helmets and attachments to weapons, my loot has always included either the Peacemaker, or the Devotion or the Spitfire
Drop off locations for inexperienced players
If you are really a beginner and just want to get a couple of good things without being eliminated immediately, then head to the following places.
These are all places with buildings that do not have a name on the map. You can get through them relatively safely and get some loot and some practice with your gear. Keep in mind that any area that is above the flight path can be useful to the players, so if you really want to be alone, look for places that are further from the flight path.
MORE OPTIONS FOR GETTING LOOT
Supply Crates (Crates)
It's obvious to players who are experienced and have played many times, but I've seen people pass by. They tend to blend into the map, but Supply Crates are useful for quickly grabbing loot and can contain a variety of items.
Don't pass by when you see them, open them up and grab some ammo and whatever else might be inside!
Supply Drops (Capsules)
Periodically throughout the match, you will see a small blue circle on the map. This signifies Supply Drop to this location. This gives you a big chance to get legendary equipment and weapons. As far as I know, this is the only way to find the .50-Cal Kraber Sniper and the Mastiff Shotgun. They are currently the only legendary weapons in the game and are very powerful in the right hands. The problem with supply pods is that they are very obvious when landing on the map, so if anyone else is in the area, they will move in that direction. Be careful when robbing them because you will be a good target if anyone else comes to check it out. If you have Gibraltar, you can put a shield on it, or you can use the smoke from Bangalore to hide the area.
Loot Drone (Drone with Loot)
As you run around the map, look for drones that look exactly like the ones you unlock outside of the game to get skins and cosmetics. They are scattered all over the map and you will recognize them by their purple flashing light. You may have heard the robot beep while running around the map, this giant says that one of these drones is nearby. If you hear this sound, be sure to check this area and look for one of these little guys.
Ultimate Lifeline
One of the best abilities in the game is Lifeline's Ultimate Ability. If you have one legend on your team, she can summon equipment baggage (the only negative is that it doesn't contain weapons) containing high-level healing, armor, or weapon attachments. You are guaranteed to drop three items (one each of the ones I just listed). This is very useful in the early to mid game when your team members haven't been able to upgrade gear yet.
