Elden Ring Confessor Build: Healer Tank
If you prefer melee combat with a team heal ability, we recommend using this particular build.
Class: Confessor
Spreading flasks: mostly HP, with 1 or 2 FP
Weapon: Any one-handed and holy seal
Shield: Brass Shield
Armor: The heaviest you can wear
Basic statistics: Faith and Strength
secondary statistics: Stamina and Strength
Skills: Ashes of War: Barricade Shield and Ashes of War: Golden Vow
Spells: All healing spells
Before entering combat, you will summon your Spirit Ashes and then imbue you and them with the Golden Pledge to increase damage and defense. Use the Barricade Shield when facing bosses or tough enemies to be able to become a tank while your ghosts or companions are crushing enemies.
Gaining faith will also increase your damage and healing/buffs, so prioritize these stats over strength and only use strength to meet your weapon and shield requirements.
Once you get Healed, you will be able to heal yourself and allies around you, extending your ghost's lifespan.
