After the cut-scene and conversation with everyone, you will be standing in front of the map. Do not take it, but turn around and go down the stairs. Anna, although blocking the way, will immediately move away. Take from the box memorandum.

You can also go down to the furnace and help with throwing coal into the furnace. Return to the map, interact with it and select the continuation of the path.
