This mod was given to us by modder "Tsarev" with a simple but effective description: "Carlos' meat breasts are exposed." Yes, it is quite.
The first thing to notice: Carlos is very brilliant. He may have a new zombie-scaring technique involving a vat of olive oil. Olive oil? Huh? They can't bite you if they can't grab you. Tsarev really embellished our guy Carlos. He may be shaggy as hell, but he also has scars. This guy saw something in Raccoon City.
Tsarev says this mod edits Carlos' head and body meshes, but it should work with hair mods. This means you can download a mod for Carlos' classic hair from 1999 if for some reason you don't like his 2010 Justin Bieber locks. I personally I admit that Carlos is sexy, although I'm not sure if it's because of his ridiculous hair.
