Modern Warfare 4 Season Reboot: New Map, Operative, Rytec AMR Sniper and more
Modern Warfare is getting a huge content drop in its Reboot update for Season 4, introducing new maps, modes, weapons and more. Here's the full rundown of what's to come.
Before Season 4 arrived in the game on June 11, the developers encountered difficulties and delayed the celebration of the new update by about a week. But the remastered season's launch on June 30th will more than make up for any lost time with a swarm of new content.
Her new operative, Roze, who will debut in the update, as well as the original multiplayer map called Cheshire Park. Meanwhile, in Warzone a limited time mode for 200 players will be available.
Rytec sniper rifle in Modern Warfare
Some fans will have a favorite of the new .50 caliber with the introduction of the Rytec AMR to the Royal Rumble.
Players will be able to unlock the sniper through in-game challenges, but there will also be a blueprint option in the Lost Souls store.
Cheshire Park in multiplayer
Developer Infinity Ward has paid homage to the UK with the upcoming Cheshire Park language. For people who love medium range fights.
“Located in urban London, England, Cheshire Park is a picturesque garden and conservatory where operatives will fight door-to-door or through a central area filled with vegetation,” they said.
Townhouses will give you the opportunity to place sniper nests over long distances, while infantry will storm warehouses and alleys to capture targets.
Return of the Team Defender
It's been almost 10 years since Team Defender has been in Modern Warfare 3, but now that mode is moving to the latest iteration of the legendary series.
This variant of Capture the Flag allows only one flag to be used for both teams, and instead of a place to place the flag, players will fight until the very end.
Score points for every second you control the flag, or hunt down the opposing player who currently owns it.
Juggernaut Royale and Supply Contracts
The strength of the Juggernaut suit will depend on one player in this Warzone mode.
Players will be able to find a pack of air drops that will contain the Juggernaut costume.
However, if that player is sent to the Gulag, a new blob will appear on the map for the next game to wear the helmet.
A new type of task with supply contracts will appear in Warzone. Once activated, teams will be redirected to the nearest shopping station to receive discounts on her items.
The time limit, however, will cause people to scramble madly into the port if they want to take advantage of its lower prices before their prices increase again.
This should give squads a more streamlined way to load the rest of the match, but they need to be sure not to be sloppy in their turns so they don't become open targets for opponents.
Modern Warfare Season 4 Reloaded will provide CoD players with a bunch of new content for the game when it comes to audiences on June 30th.
