How to save Takemura in Cyberpunk 2077
When you wake up after the fall, talk to Johnny and leave the room. In front of you will be a huge blue neon cross. Instead of going straight down the straight road, duck down and follow the small gap in the wall to the left of the cross.
Behind the gap there is a room. Go there and kill four Arasak soldiers. After passing through the red-lit room, you will find yourself in another room, and behind it there will be a staircase. Climb up it. Johnny will say that Takemura is not worth saving, he is useless anyway. But if you walk past him and continue up the stairs, you will get an optional objective: "Try to save Takemura".
As you move up the stairs, you will come across a few more guards to kill, keep going up and get into the corridor where you were already when you went to Takemura and Hanako for a conversation to get to room 303, which had to be knocked on four times.
There are many opponents in the corridor and room 303. Go inside and find Takemura.
It remains to get out of the building together. After that, Takemura decides to go into hiding, but will text and call V for the rest of the game. He will also appear in the end credits!
