We know what Enkanomiya looks like, the next area of Genshin Impact
Encanomia is an upcoming area for players to explore in Genshin Impact 2.4, and a number of new leaks have revealed exciting details ahead of its official release.
Before Genshin Impact players venture into the vast desert plains Sumeru region, there is one final location in Inazuma that has yet to be explored. While the original 2.4 leaks pointed to a Rift that can be found west of Li Yue, a new leak has revealed that travelers will be heading to Enkanomiya.
Enkanomiya is located near the Sangonomiya Shrine, the base for the game's resistance fighters, and the home of Sangonomiya Kokomi. While miHoYo has yet to provide any official details, a number of leaks from reliable sources have given travelers an early look at this new area.

The Genshin Impact 2.4 update may not arrive until next year, but that hasn't stopped a number of leaks. However, one of the most exciting discoveries is Enkanomiya, a new location that will be available to explore in the Inazuma region.
According to well-known insider Project Celestia, Encanomiya will have an alternating time cycle between "White Nights" and "Eternal Nights". This feature will change the look of both the environment and the various mechanisms that travelers can use.
Travelers will most likely have to switch between both modes to solve various puzzles and fight any enemies hiding in the ancient palace. Celestia also noted Encanomiya would be quite a significant place.
@Ubatcha1 notes, that "switching between the two cycles is done manually" and that there are "several places around the map where you can activate a mechanism to freely switch between the two [modes]."
If that wasn't enough, a number of leaked screenshots have begun to surface on various social media platforms, giving players an early look at the location. The palace appears to have a dark gothic theme, and players note the resemblance to Irithyll of the Boreal Valley from Dark Souls 3.
It certainly looks strikingly different from the colorful environments of Mondstadt and Inazuma, so there could potentially be some pretty intimidating new enemies. MiHoYo will likely reveal more details in the coming months, so we'll update this page as soon as we have more information.
