Another weekend in FIFA 23 coins signifies another move to FUT Champions. The mode, which is an extension of the traditional divisional rivals, offers players the opportunity to get better rewards by winning a certain number of matches.
Division rivals is the standard PvP option for players and is included in the Ultimate Team mode. Players earn qualifying points by playing matches in the mode, with winning earning the maximum number of points.
FUT Champions comes every weekend and players can participate if they earn enough qualifying points. Once the players have 1250 qualifying points, they will be eligible to participate in the mode.
FUT Champions works similarly to standard divisional matches in FIFA 23. However, the amount of rewards is much higher.
FIFA 23 players who qualify for FUT Champions will start with playoffs
Once 1250 qualifying points have been earned, players can play matches in FUT Champions. However, not everything is so simple, as there are two different stages - the playoffs and the final.
Each FIFA 23 player who qualifies for FUT Champions will start in the playoffs and receive two matches. If they win the match, they will earn four points. However, if they lose the match, they will not receive any points.
Based on the total points collected after 10 games, players will be assigned a rank starting from rank 7 and working up to rank 1.
Here is a breakdown of the points you need to collect at each level:
- Rank 1: 40 points
- Rank 2: 36-39 points
- Rank 3: 32-35 points
- Rank 4: 26-31 points
- Rank 5: 20-25 points
- Rank 6: 12-19 points
- Rank 7: 4-11 points

FUT Champions Final
When a FIFA 23 player scores 20 points or more from the playoffs, they advance to the final. The final will have 20 matches and players will also be ranked based on their performance.
