Where can I get recipes and spices in Raft?

All new recipes and spices can be found at the trading post. A trading post can be found on any large island marked on the radar map. As you trade, you will upgrade your reputation and unlock more and more new spices and recipes.

Coins can be obtained by selling fish caught on a special bait, which in turn can be bought at a trading post.
