New patch 7.22 for Dota 2. Full Update Description.

Valve released patch 7.22 for Dota 2, which added Aghanim's Scepter for the last 24 heroes. The developers have also added Mars and Io to Captains Mode.

General changes:

  • Aghanim's Scepter effect added to all heroes;
  • Updated some old Aghanim's Scepter effects
  • Aghanim's Scepter can now be consumed by purchasing the recipe for 2000 gold. In return, the player will receive a buff: it does not add additional attributes, mana points, or health to the owner;
  • Roshan now drops an absorbable item with the effect of Aghanim's Scepter. After the third death, Roshan will leave the effect of Aghanim's Scepter or Refresher Shard, after the fourth - both items. When selecting a unit, you can find out which item will drop out after his death;
  • Added new visual effects to heroes that have the Aghanim's Scepter upgrade.

Captains Mode:

  • Mars added to Captains Mode
  • Io has been added to Captains Mode.

An experience:

  • experience gained for last hitting an enemy creep increased from 35% to 40%;
  • gold loss formula on death changed from 50 + total cost/40 to total cost/40;
  • XP bonus on kill streak increased from 200 → 1250 to 400 → 1800
  • amount of experience for getting level 5/6 reduced from 600/620 to 580/600;
  • the amount of experience for getting level 19+ increases by 100 for each level;
  • Ranged creep kill rewards now increase by 8 XP every 7,5 minutes

Units and buildings:

  • base attack speed of catapults increased from 2,7 to 3;
  • two catapults will now spawn every 35 minutes instead of 30;
  • catapults can no longer be tamed (Helm of the Dominator, Enchant, etc.);
  • damage of towers of the third and higher levels increased from 152 to 175;
  • the armor of towers of the first level has been increased from 2 to 3;
  • armor of towers of the second and higher levels increased from 4 to 5;
  • Tier XNUMX and higher towers now attack two targets when Glyph is activated. Priority is the nearest units.
  • slightly changed the position of the camp of strong neutral creeps next to the light lane of the forces of the Radiant;
  • Decreased the chasing range of strong neutral creep camps next to Radiant's safe lane;
  • the tower of the second level on the central line of light has been moved to the left: now it does not provide a view to the camp of strong neutral creeps;
  • the tree line to the right of the second level tower on the center line has been moved slightly;
  • the middle camp of Radiant neutral creeps now has two layers of trees behind it;
  • some spawnboxes of neutral Dire creeps have been adjusted;
  • Satyr Tormenter's Unholy Aura health regen reduced from 5,5 to 5.

Other:

  • Illusions now gain lifesteal.
  • lifesteal now works on enemy illusions;
  • these items can no longer be traded to other players with the effect remaining: Ring of Regen, Ring of Tarrasque, Sage's Mask, Ring of Health, Void Stone, and Perseverance;
  • Hero kill message duration increased from 20 to 30 seconds.

Roshan:

  • armor increased by 2;
  • attack growth increased from 4 to 6;
  • last hit bounty changed from 150-400 gold to 225-325 gold
  • XP gained from last hit reduced from 750 to 400.

Hero stat changes:

Heroes can now have non-standard initial attack speed values ​​(previously 100 for all).

  • Abaddon: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • Broodmother: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 125;
  • Crystal Maiden: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • Gyrocopter: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 125;
  • mira: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • Silencer: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • Slark: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 120;
  • Venomancer: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • weaver: Base attack speed increased from 100 to 120.

Heroes can now have custom starting mana regen values.

  • Clickz: Now has 0,25 base mana regen
  • Lich: Now has 0,75 base mana regen
  • Pugna: Now has 0,5 base mana regen
  • Shadow Fiend: Now has 0,3 base mana regen
  • Techies: Now has 1,0 base mana regen
  • tinker: Now has 0,25 base mana regen
  • Treant Protector: Now has 0,5 base mana regen
  • weaver: Now has 0,4 base mana regen
  • Zeus: Now has 0,25 base mana regen.

Item Changes:

Bloodstone:

  • Fixed a bug due to which several Bloodstones restored more mana.

Drum of Endurance:

  • Mana regen reduced from 1,5 to 1,25.

Eye of Skadi:

  • slow duration changed from 5/2,5 (melee/ranged attack type) to 3 seconds;
  • slow reduced from 35% to 20% when used against melee heroes;
  • slow reduced from 35% to 40% when using hello ranged heroes;
  • attack speed slow now matches movement speed slow.

Guardian Greaves:

  • health regeneration aura effect reduced from 4,5 to 3,5;
  • Armor bonus on reaching lower health reduced from 15 to 10.

Helm of the Dominator:

  • now requires a recipe costing 300 gold to assemble.

Mask of Madness:

  • movement speed bonus increased from 25 to 30.

Mekansm:

  • health regeneration aura effect reduced from 4,5 to 3,5.

Observer Ward:

  • cost reduced from 75 to 50 gold;
  • kill reward increased from 100 gold + 2/minute to 100 gold + 4/minute
  • kill reward increased from 50 + 4/minute to 50 + 6/minute.

Pipe of Insight:

  • health regeneration aura effect reduced from 3 to 2.

Rod of Atos:

  • strength and agility reduced from 12 to 10.

Sentry Ward:

  • cost reduced from 100 to 75 gold;
  • now a maximum of 10 sentries will be available in the store. At the beginning of the game, 4 will be available, the replenishment rate is every 70 seconds.

Spirit Vessel:

  • reduced healing effect (when used on an enemy hero) reduced from 70% to 60%;
  • damage per second reduced from 5% to 4%.

Tome of Knowledge:

  • at 10 minutes, two books now appear;
  • after use, the player will not be able to use the book for 5 minutes.

Vladimir's Offering:

  • mana regeneration effect reduced from 1,75 to 1,5.

Wraith Band:

  • attack speed bonus reduced from 6 to 5.

Hero Changes:

Abbadon:

  • base attack speed increased from 100 to 115;
  • Reworked Aghanim's Scepter effect: When Borrowed Time is active, an ally that takes more than 525 damage will be healed by Mist Coil. The effect only triggers when an ally is within 1600 meters of Abbadon. (Aghanim's Scepter still increases Borrowed Time by 1 second)
  • Mist Coil cast range reduced from 800 to 500
  • Level 15 Talent reduced from +75 Mist Coil Healing to +60

Alchemist:

  • Reworked the effect from Aghanim's Scepter: With a Scepter equipped or consumed, you gain +30 Attack and +6% Spell Damage for each Scepter you have given to allies at any point in the game.

Ancient Apparition:

  • Ice Vortex mana cost reduced from 50/70/90/110 to 40/60/80/100
  • Ice Blast no longer appears on the minimap even if enemies have True Sight.

Anti Mage:

  • Aghanim's Scepter effect added: Kills with Mana Void now add +70 seconds to enemy hero ability cooldown (added to the ability with the highest cooldown). It starts when the enemy is respawned. The scepter also increases the stun effect for one second from Mana Void - if the target dies during this period, they are considered killed by Mana Void.
