Fortnite Update 12.21 - Patch Details

 Epic hasn't been compiling detailed notes for each patch as they have in the past, so we're compiling a list of everything that's changed in the latest update. We provide information about bug fixes, changes and will publish anything else that has been added to the game. We will add official patch notes if they are published.

It's a small patch, almost like a fix. You shouldn't expect many changes from this!

Patch release date and time

It was officially announced that Fortnite Patch 12.21 will be released on March 24, 2020 at 9:00 AM PDT! You can expect a couple of hours of downtime after adding it to the game.

Here we will detail all the things that were added to the game that were not included in Epic. If you're looking for leaked cosmetics, we'll take a detailed look at them separately.

Possible upcoming additions

Most of the leaks have already been added to the game, but there is still a possibility portable camouflage item, which you can use on the go! Currently, you can disguise yourself by entering a phone booth, but you can find this item as loot.

BUG FIXES IN FORTNITE 12.21 UPDATE

Here are the expected bug fixes for patch 12.21. They were taken from Trello and map all the stuff Epic is working on in terms of errors.

These changes are "Fixed in a future game update", so some of them may not make it into the patch.

Battle Royale issues

• ➤In Spy Game Mode, players may get stuck on the Technology Selection screen.
• Player style selections for certain Locker items may not be saved.
• The Harpoon Cannon cannot successfully loot on a consistent basis.
• Players may not be able to pick up items using Auto Pick Up.
• Deadpool's plunger from his Week 3 is not visible.

creative questions

• ➤Players on mobile will not be able to interact with the quick menu using pre-assigned buttons.

Save the trouble world

• Protector exclusions no longer count toward the player's quest score. Defenders should work with the players, not against them. We are working on a fix.
• ➤High levels of Love Lobbers will appear. Anecdotal reports indicate 4-8 Lobbers at a time in some cases. We are working on bringing these numbers down a bit.
• Love Lobbers deal more damage than intended to structures built by the player. In the new update, Love Lobber will no longer damage player structures.
