Description of the update Fortnite 19.10: Abandoned towers and a new dinosaur
The Fortnite 19.10 update is coming, marking the first big content reset for Season 1, Chapter 3 of the Battle Royale. We've got a breakdown of everything new in the patch, including the long-awaited return of the Abandoned Towers!
It's been more than a month since Fortnite Chapter 3 got off to a noisy start, and although the event Winter Festival 2021 occupied players for 2 weeks, we haven't had any proper updates since then (we don't count fixes, of course).
Luckily, the 19.10 update is on its way, and it looks like there will be a lot of fresh content, including the return of a beloved classic location and the potential for a new dinosaur to debut on the island.
Below you'll find everything we know about the Fortnite 19.10 update so far.

Abandoned towers are back!
Fortnite players have been looking forward to the return of the legendary Tilts (Tilted Towers), the favorite landing spot of millions of Fortniteers from Chapter 1, and the moment has come! Abandoned Towers, which are covered with snow up to the very roofs, will thaw and reappear in the center of the island.
The event was even hinted at by a Fortnite Twitter account who wrote, "Another awakening."

New wild dinosaur Fortnite
Vigilant fans have noticed right away that a mysterious (and very large) dinosaur is in the Fortnite promotional posters for Season 19, and it looks like the ancient lizard will be making its way to the island with the 19.10 update.
One of the leaked seasonal challenges coming out this week says it must be completed "while standing within 10 meters of [Butter Cake]", which the leaks have indicated is the codename for the new dinosaur!
More Spider-Man skins?
Epic Games has previously stated that more cosmetics for Spider-Man will be coming as Season 19 progresses, with rumors pointing to a Green Goblin skin and possibly a different style of Spider-Man himself.
“Watch out for new Spiders (plus a few friends and enemies) hitting the Item Shop throughout the season,” Epic wrote.
We really hope that we will still get some villains from the Spider-Man universe in this update!
