Overwatch 2: All Hero Changes

General character changes in Overwatch 2

Overwatch 2 introduces several major changes to the overall gameplay that can be confusing if you've only played the first game. It will be useful for beginners of the shooter to find out the basic elements that have been changed for all the heroes of the game:

  • Changing the hero allows you to return up to 30% of your ultimate ability.

  • Temporary Shields and Temporary Armor have been merged into Temporary Health, which is displayed in bright green on the health bar. Passive abilities

One of the major gameplay changes in Overwatch 2 was the introduction of role-based passive abilities. Now all characters get an additional ability that depends on their role: Tank, Damage or Support.

  • Damage: Killing a Damage Hero now increases reload and movement speed by 25% for 2,5 seconds. Killing another enemy within 2,5 seconds will simply reset the timer. The effect cannot stack.

Baptist
