Seirai Stormchasers: Part III: How to start the quest
First, to start this adventure, you need to talk to Katherine in Inazuma. She will talk about a strange situation on the island of Seirai and ask the Traveler to go there and investigate all this business.
When you're done the second part of this mission, the third part will automatically be added to the quest log. So you know what to do after!
How to complete the quest “Seirai Stormchasers: Part III”
Next, here's what to do.
First, talk to the two super adventurers named Eiko and Taisuke who are waiting for you on Seirai Island. They are located east of the Statue of the Seven Archons, near the teleportation point.
So how do you find this locking stone, you ask? Very simple! Behind Eiko and Taisuke you will see a Phase Gate. Pass through them, but do not rotate! The traveler will take off and land on a stone island floating in the air. Now the fun will begin!
Now the fun part! We need to find three paper ribbons that are floating on different stone platforms. To move between them, use your faithful friend Electrogranum. Don't worry, I'll tell you how to find each tape.
First Tape located on a small island with a single branch of thunder sakura. Summon the Electrogranum and ride it further!
Next, we are waiting for two pairs of platforms that connect when you stand on them.
The desired Electrogranum is on the lower platform. He will take you even higher, passing one intermediate tier, you will reach the desired stone.
Also, don't forget to enable new teleportation pointwhich you will find here. This will greatly facilitate your task if you accidentally break loose and fall down from the floating islands. By the way, this teleportation point will come in handy at the end of the task. On the south side of the teleporter you will find the first tape. Just touch it and start searching for the next one!
And now about the second tape. She is not far from here. Summon Electrogranum at the point to the left of the first tape and to the right of the teleporter.
Move to the island with two branches of thunder sakura and select the branch that is farther away. It will lead you to a stone platform with a second belt. Touch the paper and continue your search!
And finally, the third tape! Use the thunder sakura branch next to the second ribbon to advance further. An epic journey awaits you! Electrogranum will lead you back to the previous island. Now activate the second branch, which is now farther away.
And again you will find yourself on an island with a teleporter and the first tape. Now use the remaining branch of the thunder sakura on the south side. Electrogranum will lead you up to the shattered platforms. Pieces of stones will be attracted to each other as you approach them. Thus, go down to the last point and activate it.
Now that you're drawn to the Thunder Orbs, dive down to the island with the third ribbon. Just touch the last element and now we are ready for the final act!
Here it is, the locking stone! He stands in the center of the island, where the first tape and teleport are located. You are presented with two options for interacting with it: you can rotate the top and bottom of the stone.
Locking Stone Puzzle Solution:
To seal a lockstone, you need thrice turn the top and five times - the bottom. After that, you will see a short cut-scene and the task will be successfully completed.
Don't forget that after that, your quest log will be updated and the 4th part of Seirai's Stormchasers will appear. So get ready for new adventures and challenges!
