Easter egg Valorant reveals the nationality of 21 agents
Valorant teasers for the next character seems to have been leaked into the game, and the latest easter egg has convinced players of Agent 21's Indian nationality.
Riot Games has gone to great lengths to integrate cultures from around the world into its first-person shooter by introducing characters that hail from specific countries. This has led to an extremely diverse composition Valorant agentswho bring their own talent to the game.
Recent releases such as Trays и Neon, added traditions, highlighting heroes from Turkey and the Philippines, respectively.
As we look forward to future Riot additions to Valorant, we can expect this trend to continue. As we get more information about Agent 21, it seems that some clues are already emerging as to what we can expect.
Nationality of the 21 Valorant agents
Valorant players found a new "email" inside the training range that quickly convinced many that the Indian agent was on his way to play.
"The guardian of the Legion's new power source has a name: Varun Batra," the message said. I followed his colleague from Alpha. Turns out he's a REALM operative."
Valorant players were particularly interested in the name featured in the post, Varun Batra, which hints at what the character might bring to the table.
"Varun Batra?? Indian name! one said people. Another person drew parallels, identifying the Indian god of the oceans, Varuna, as a possible inspiration for The Agent.
The message goes on to explain REALM's goal of "recovering historical artifacts from the black market trade." It's unclear if this hints at the identity of the upcoming characters, but Riot has decided to name a new person in Valorant's history.
In any case, we've received hints of Agent 21, codenamed Mage, and this may be the first time we've been able to attach a name to a character.
Until Riot confirms this, it's best to take the information with a grain of salt while we wait and see which new Agent comes to Valorant next.
