Cyberpunk 1.1 Patch Created a Serious Glitch in the Game
Takemura isn't doing well after the latest Cyberpunk 2077 patch and it's affecting how the game plays out.
The first full patch for Cyberpunk 2077 has finally been released. Although the update fixes many stability issues that faced by players, it also contains a critical progress bug that didn't exist before.
Since the game's release in December - and the subsequent exclusions from the PlayStation Network - CD Projekt Red is testing strong pressure demanding to fix the game. The company faced two different (substantiated) class action lawsuits from investors who feel they have been misled about the readiness of the game. The studio is also exposed verification by the government of Poland , which threatened the company with fines if it didn't deliver on its promises to fix the game.
Patch 1.1 is the first of two patches that CD Projekt Red promised to stabilize the game on the latest generation of consoles - Xbox One and PS4. The second should be sometime in February. Patch 1.1 fixed many problems faced by the players , including progress issues in certain missions, but has since introduced another progress related bug. According to Forbes , when Takemura calls you in the Down the Street mission, you will get stuck and he won't say anything.

No dialogue you will be left without the opportunity to advance in the mission . Unfortunately, restarting the game from now on will not fix the problem. Even if you reload a save that was, say, 20 minutes before this point, the error will still remain. To solve the problem, CDPR suggests the following:
- ⋅ Load an older save file before Takemura and V leave Wakako's office.
- ⋅ V must end his conversation with Takemura outside the office immediately.
- ⋅ Immediately after the conversation and updating the quests miss 23 hours .
- ⋅ This should trigger a voice call and a proper conversation.
Completing these steps should trigger the correct conversation and allow you to continue playing. While this may seem like another major issue for the game, it should still be noted that patch 1.1 fixed 13 the same mistakes. Compared to what it was before, patch 1.1 is an overwhelming success, even if it introduced another game-breaking glitch. For those who have not yet experienced the game, the price in many places was reduced to $30 and promises to gradually improve over the next year.
