Valorant 4.03 Patch: Brimstone Buffs, Deathmatch Spawn Changes, Weapon Updates
Valorant 4.03 is out now, and with it comes a lot of changes to Brimstone's ultimate, deathmatch spawn location and timers, as well as some new weapon features.
While Riot Games kicked off Valorant Episode 4 with a bang, subsequent patches have been relatively subtle and entirely focused on gameplay.
Patch 4.03 follows the same pattern, focusing on improving some aspects of the deathmatch mode, as well as Brimstone, a few buffs to his iconic ultimate.
So, here's a rundown of everything that's coming in Valorant Patch 4.03.
Brimstone's Orbital Strike received a few changes in this patch.
Deathmatch Changes
Death timers have been reduced from 3s to 2,5s, and new systems ensure you spawn farther away from where you were killed. They will also check to see if you are showing up in "dangerous" positions that will most likely result in you getting an immediate headshot.
Also, improvements have been implemented so that you will respawn face to face with enemies instead of getting shot in the back.
