First Look At Fortnite's New Fused Assault Rifle
Popular Fortnite YouTuber Alistair "Ali-A" Aiken shows players how to take an early look at the unreleased version of the "Heavy Assault Rifle" in Chapter 2.
Epic Games is known for making many changes to the world of Fortnite to keep players entertained with fresh content.
Among their many changes were plans to remodel two of the Battle Royals' Chapter 2 assault rifles, which were declassified by insiders on November 20.
The upgraded "Heavy Assault Rifle" is the first of two weapons set to hit live servers, and renowned YouTuber Ali-A managed to test the weapon despite it never making it into the game (yet).
The creator of the popular content explained that the updated weapons have been added to the game files and are available for testing in creative mode.
“A month or so ago, Fortnite added an unreleased weapon to the game, which is essentially a re-skin of the weapon we already had, except that it was slightly modified,” he shared, explaining how fans can get it. ,
The topic starts at 7:25 for mobile users.
"It turns out that if you had that original weapon in your creative mode, you could actually put it back on the map and use it," the Fortnite YouTuber told me.
Ali-A has begun testing some of the differences between the Heavy Assault Rifle and its counterparts, highlighting the changes that were made to the previous iteration of the weapon.
Along with the new look, Epic Games has also made adjustments to the Assault Rifle spray spread, reload time, and damage.
It's unclear when the rifle is expected to be released on live servers, though it's likely that both epic and legendary versions of the rifle should be available to players in a future update.
