Genshin Impact: how to complete the quest "Keyi's Trouble"

This quest will become available when you have mastered four characters. To start the quest, open the task log and set a tag to track the quest. You need to travel to Monstadt and enter the Ordo Favonivus library. Talk to Keia to move on to the second phase of the quest.

Next, follow the marker on the map and interview the adventurers. Return to Keia and complete the quest.

Leave the city and follow into the forest. Not far from the entrance to the city, you will meet an informer who is being chased by monsters. Get rid of them and talk to an informant named Val. She will give you a postcard with the location of the treasure that contains the second clue.

The quest implies that you find the chest in Monstadt on your own, but we checked this option and we can say that in order to continue the task, you should first visit the library and talk to Kaya anyway. If you don't and open the chest, nothing will happen!
