Meet Update 12.17 as Riot continues to gear up for the 2022 World Cup! Below you will find a detailed description of all the changes and additions added to the game with the new version 12.17.

The base damage of Two for One [Q] has been increased at higher levels, and the cast time has been changed. W-Walk's mana cost has been reduced and the bonus attack speed has been increased. Lead Rain's E cooldown increased, base damage decreased, AP damage ratio increased, slow now scales with AP.

 Miss Fortune has always been known for her flexibility in terms of builds - she could rely on critical damage and attack speed, or on lethality.  Nocturne has not been published lately - and not because of a dislike for light, but because of too low efficiency. Give the Eternal Nightmare a couple of buffs that will increase its synergy with items that increase attack speed. So he can kill monsters faster.
