Apex Legends latest update didn't stop Stealth Players

Apex Legends

The latest update Apex Legends did not stop stealth players found on the supply ship, allowing them to safely avoid enemy fire.

Respawn Entertainment did a pretty thorough job of fixing bugs in the game Apex Legends which came to us with a patch and Wingman-nerfing recently released for the game. But sometimes it is not possible to remove all the shortcomings. An exploit on coveted supply ships was found to provide players with an invisible wall to hide from enemies, and the patch does not appear to have fixed this bug. On March 5, 2019, Reddit User C-n0te posted a clip of a supply ship in action on the Apex Legends subreddit. While chasing the enemy, the enemy jumps into a small corner of the ship. There is no visible cover to see, but when the player fires at an enemy, the bullets stop near their target, as if hitting a shield. The enemy manages to heal and peek out from behind the invisible barrier and counterattack. It looks like the section has Gibraltar's Dome Shield ability, but there is no rendering.

Supply ships in Apex Legends are hotspots, to say the least. Heading for a pristine supply ship almost guarantees good loot, but also guarantees combat. Having an invisible wall means that the unprepared are more likely to collect bullets in themselves, while the enemies have an unfair chance to prepare to resist. It's likely that Respawn may not have been aware of this when releasing the patch, as this clip appeared a day before it, and as of March 7, 2019, it can be confirmed that the invisible wall on the supply ship survived the recent update to the game. Respawn states in their patch notes that every update is carefully crafted. We expect that as rumors spread, the invisible wall issue on the supply ship can be fixed as soon as possible. Meanwhile, pro player and Twitch streamer Michael "Veil" Grzesiek doesn't think Wingman's nerfs in the latest patch are good enough. Will we see a more prominent customization on Apex Legends soon? Does the game really need it? Let us know.
