Latest Genshin Impact 2.4 Rumor Around Character Banners Leaves Questions

Closed testing of the Genshin Impact 2.4 update has not yet begun, and rumors from reliable insiders are already creeping around the network.
One of the trusted Ubatcha data providers produced two leaks in a short amount of time, one of which suggested a new area of Inazuma, which we wrote here. The second stuff talks about character banners that we will see in 2.4.
According to Ubatcha, the next characters to appear in the game after Arataki Itto и Goro will be Shen He and Yun Jin. The main question remains which of them is a 5★ character and which is a 4★ character.
