League of Legends has once again changed the game when it comes to sharing the stories of its many champions. In the latest Summer Blossom event, players can dive into an interactive story called "Spiritual Bonds" to learn more about some LoL characters and earn rewards.

The Spirit Bonds event is simple: Earn the favor of the champions of the Blossom Festival with a bold new interactive storyline in the client. As League players gain sympathy, they will be awarded Event Tokens, Blue Essence, and exclusive Event Rewards.

However, the trick is to actually earn Spirit Bonds with champions like Ahri, Yasuo, Lilia, and more. Here's how to develop deeper bonds with the Blossom champions as quickly as possible to get all the rewards envisaged.

How to earn sympathy points for each spirit

The first thing you need to do in the new Spirit Blossom event is evaluate your favor with each of the champions. To do this, select a character frame from the Spirit Bonds screen in the client and get ready for some games.

Here are all the tasks that you can do right away, and how many sympathies you will receive for these troubles:

Quests Spiritual Bonds

➤Win a game of Summoner's Rift, ARAM, or Nexus Assault. Reward: Two (2) sympathies with the chosen champion(s).
➤Play the game Summoner's Rift, ARAM or Nexus Assault. Reward: One (1) favor with selected champions.
➤Win a Teamfight Tactics game (4th place or higher). Reward: Four (4) sympathies with selected champion(s).
➤Win a Teamfight Tactics game (Rank 5 or below). Reward: Two (2) sympathies with the chosen champion(s).
➤Play as a champion with their Spirit Bond skin equipped in Summoner's Rift or Nexus Assault. Reward: Three (3) likes with this champion.
➤Play as a champion who has the Spirit Blossom skin in Summoner's Rift or Nexus Assault. Reward: One (1) favor with this champion.
➤Play as a champion with their Spirit Blossom skin in ARAM. Reward: Six (6) likes with this champion.
➤Play as a champion with their Spirit Blossom skin not equipped in ARAM. Reward: Two (2) likes with this champion.

It's also worth remembering that you don't have to purchase new Spirit Bond skins to complete these challenges, but Riot has made it so that having the appropriate cosmetic option for the character you're trying to win favor with is a big incentive.

Each champion also has a specific objective they want you to complete in Summoner's Rift, Nexus Blitz, or Teamfight Tactics. There are 27 specific challenges in total, and each will win a bit of champion favor.

ARI (AHRI)

Obviously, gaining Spirit Bond sympathy with whichever champion you like the most is the ultimate goal, but according to several sources, you can also have multiple quests on the go at the same time. Make sure you tag all the portraits!

Champions Sympathy Awards

By bonding with champions, you earn not only their sympathy, but also rewards! As you progress through new episodes, you will receive tokens and icons depending on how far you have progressed. Your relationship with a champion starts at D rank, and the more sympathy you earn, the stronger your bond becomes. During the holiday, you can earn 10 different champions' sympathy.:

Rank C (requires 25 sympathy) - Rewards 25 tokens and one (1) champion shard.
✿Rank B (requires 50 sympathy) - gives 40 tokens.
✿Rank A (requires 75 sympathy) - Rewards 25 tokens and one (1) champion icon.
✿S-grade (requires 100 sympathy) - Rewards 40 tokens.

Soul Tree and Soul Flower Petals

When your bond with the champion finally reaches rank S, special missions related to the tree of souls will open. Grow on it flowers of souls whose petals can be gifted to champions with whom you have an S-rank bond.

Soul flower petals symbolize your efforts and commitment. By giving such a gift, you will not only bind yourself with an unbreakable bond with the champion, but also receive a unique emote!

Know that these petals are as valuable as they are rare. You won't be able to give every champion a petal, so think carefully before making your choice. You can get soul flower petals by earning petal collecting glasses.
