TFT 10.21b Patch Notes: Divine and Shiv Nerfs, Akali Changes and More
TFT Patch 10.21b is here and you can read about all the changes here.
If you played in the first half TFT Patch 10.21 , we hope you have the luck to use Warwick in every game. Riot made an emergency change to nerf the super strong Divine-Warwick-Statikk Shiv combo on October 20th in TFT Patch 10.21b.
This comes after Divine was reworked in an earlier update, giving the trait an almost unstoppable power, even if it was temporary. Statikk Shiv also received massive damage buffs in TFT Patch 10.21.
TFT Patch 10.21B is now live (Patch Notes will be updated soon).

Divine-Warwick-Shiv will no longer exist after Divine, Shiv nerfs
Although this did not affect Warwick as a champion — Riot thinks he's not OP at all, - The two components that made him the best champion in TFT were Divine and Statikk Shiv.
Divine loses 10% of its true damage conversion and damage reduction from 50% to 40%. This should make Divine units more vulnerable, as well as making normal countermeasures like the Vanguard more effective.
Shiv, on the other hand, loses one of his conditions for bonus damage: crowd control. Shiv will now only deal bonus damage to protected targets, not protected or controlled targets. This means Warwick cannot permanently bind the bonus damage unless they have the shield from Janna, Iron Solari's Medallion, or the Guardian buff.
These changes should help harness the power of the Deity-Warwick-Shiv combination. It may not be dead - it's still a powerful interaction - but it's harder to pull off.
Adept, Akali, Medallion are also nerfed in TFT 10.21b.
If you're not sure there was more to TFT than just Divine, Warwick and Statikk Shiv - not something you'll know after playing this latest patch. Adept, Akali, and Medallion of the Iron Solari are also underperforming to some extent, and therefore they are weakened.
The adept loses part of the attack speed slow at all levels, for 0,5 seconds at two and three units, and a full second at four.
Akali loses some of her carry potential at three-star level with the reduction in spell damage. Medallion of the Iron Solari now grants a weaker shield from one to three stars, 50 earlier and 100 later.
Between these and Divine changes, the game should be in a much healthier state. before TFT Patch 10.22 .
