This is the Dark Valley, it is always gloomy and foggy here. It often rains. On top of that, there is one of the highest concentrations of anomalies here... You can get hold of good artifacts, or you can easily lose your life... You will definitely meet veterans, they earn money here by pulling artifacts out of their asses. I heard they were talking about a gang of Slugs, like they reappeared, in fact, hell knows, they seem to have shot everyone already. There is an entrance to the laboratory, only no one returned from there, so I don’t advise you to go there ... Like dwarfs, or maybe something worse ...
Dark Valley is a location located northeast of Cordon. Beneath the abandoned factory is the X18 laboratory. In the ChN, there was a base of the Svoboda grouping. Dark place. Many found their doom in the rainy wastelands. Everything here is shrouded in damp darkness, every person is suspicious and a cautious stalker who for some reason finds himself here will prefer to bypass any building. The creators are descruo (Vladimir Efimov), Lex (Alexander Pshenichny), Terazoid (Bogdan Suprun).

1. Release the attendant

Starting point: 1 on the map
What needs to be done
a) follow Bullet to the ambush point (2 on the map)
b) surprise the bandits and save the soldier on duty (2 on the map)
Full passage of the quest:
You will be able to start this mission as soon as you reach the Dark Valley. You shouldn't have any trouble finding Bullet because his camp is not far from the exit. Talk to him. It turns out that one of his colleagues is being held hostage by bandits. You will have to save him. Kill the bandit and search his body. Once that's done, start following Bullet (#2).

You will encounter a few anomalies along the way (#1), however, if you follow Bullet's footsteps, you should be fine. Plus, you won't have to worry about encountering wild animals. Once you reach your destination, you will have to prepare for an attack. Go to the left building and hide behind the wall (#2). Now you have to wait for the bandits to appear. This will take about 30 seconds, so be patient. You can watch their movements on the minimap.

You will have to wait not only for the bandits (#1), but also for Bullet to signal you to attack. Once he starts shooting at the bandits, surprise them by doing the same (#2). If you're lucky, they'll be killed in about two seconds. In addition, here you will not lose health. Make sure you check their bodies!

When the fight is over, you will have to talk to both Stalker soldiers. Important! If none of them respond to your actions, you have probably encountered a bug and you will have to reload the entire attack. Start by talking to Roma (#1). You will receive a new quest from him. A bullet, on the other hand, will provide a very valuable reward. This will be the PSO-1 Scope for your machine gun. Attach it to your weapon right away (#2).

a) get to the prison area and free one of the soldiers on duty (3 on the map)
Full passage of the quest:
Unfortunately, I couldn't finish this quest on my own because it was broken. As a result, the soldier on duty escaped from the camp and killed the bandits without my help. It was good because I didn't have to rescue him myself. If it doesn't, you'll have to find a prison (you can see it on your map) to free him. Luckily, you'll be doing the second quest at the same time, so you won't have to go there just to save him.
3. Find documents in the underground laboratory - part 2

a) enter the enemy base (4 on the map)
b) get the key from the leader of the bandits (Borov; 5 on the map)
c) leave the camp (6 on the map)
d) find the entrance leading to the laboratory X18 (7 on the map)
Full passage of the quest:
The first thing to do here is to find a secret entrance that would allow you to enter the base without arousing any suspicion. You will need to open your minimap and find the pipe (# one). Once you're there, enter the tunnel. You can't stay outdoors for too long because it's a radioactive area. Keep moving forward (#1). Once you reach the end of this tunnel, turn left and go to the second one.

Once you've exited the second tunnel, you should be inside the main bandit base (#1). You will be completely safe here, so you will have plenty of time to plan your next steps. Start driving towards your current destination. You will come across the first warehouse. You will have to make a stop (#2) because the enemy soldiers will arrive here in a few seconds.

It would be wise to take out some of the bandits from a greater distance (#1), however you should also consider using a nearby sniper tower. This will allow you to determine their movements. Go there now (#2). You will have to use the stairs.

Once you're at the top of the tower, turn around so you can see the entire base in front of you. Kill at least 3-4 soldiers from here (#1). You will have to use your scope. Luckily, their deaths won't alarm any of the surrounding enemy units. Once you secure this zone, return to ground level. Keep moving towards your current target (bandit leader). You should be able to get to the second large warehouse (#2).

There are many different routes that you can take to reach your target area. I will do my best to explain to you what to do in the camp. Once you reach this warehouse, you will have to deal with a new group of enemy soldiers (#1). Make sure you are using a flashlight. You should also check the bodies for ammo and medical supplies. You will be able to reach a small tunnel very soon (#2). This passage leads to the main building.

You'll have to clear out some of the adjacent rooms, but make sure none of the enemy soldiers manage to surprise you. You will need to get to a new ladder (#1). Go to the highest level. You are north of Borovo. Make a jump so you can get to the new roof (#2). There are a lot of bandits here!

You will now need to find a small ladder (#1). Use it to return to the main part of the building. You are close to your target, however you must be very careful. Luckily, Borov isn't going anywhere. Start by securing this entire floor. You will need to get to a larger room (#2). The enemy soldiers will come from two different directions, but if you're careful enough, you'll be fine.

The hog is hiding in a small room that should be on your right (#1). It would be wise to take him out from a great distance (#2). Also, make sure you aim for his head. You can also throw a couple of grenades at him, however this is not necessary.

Go to the main office and examine the Borov's body. You will need to check it out in order to complete this mission (#1). You will automatically receive a second key. Now you have to leave the base. The easiest way to do this is to go down to the first floor (#2). Next, try to get closer to the long tunnel. I'm sure you know what it is.

Go to the nearest building. I would recommend that you ignore the rest of the bandits. You will need to find a small ladder (#1). Use it. As a result, you will be able to reach a large tunnel (#2). Keep running forward. You won't encounter any enemies in this area.

After leaving the tunnel, you will also need to get to the entrance to the laboratory. As a result, you should return to the Lamb Complex, which is located in the eastern part of the map (#1). Be careful though. More enemy soldiers appeared there. Go to the left warehouse again (#2). Keep moving slowly so you don't miss anyone along the way.

You will now need to secure the second large room (#1). As before, you will meet new bandits here, even if you managed to protect this area before. Now you will need to find a ladder. This passage leads to an underground laboratory (#2).

You will have to deal with the few remaining soldiers (#1). Once that's done, enter this room and turn right. Go to the steel door (#2). You couldn't use it before. Now is your chance. Once you open the door, go to the new corridor. You will be able to complete this quest. You will also have to wait for the game to load a new map (Laboratory X18).

4. Find Documents in X18 - Part 2

Obviously, this is what you will need to do once you have successfully returned from the X18 lab. As a result, you should already have the necessary documents. There are a lot of new enemy soldiers in the area, however they will fight the bandits so you will have an opportunity to slip past some of them without being seen. I would not recommend fighting these thugs, especially since they are heavily armed.
Start moving towards the exit. There are several soldiers in the area and you will have to solve this problem. After leaving the building, start heading towards the main exit (#2). You have to be quick at this so that no one notices you.

5. Get out of the Dark Valley

a) escape from the Wild Territory
Full passage of the quest:
This is a very simple quest, however you need to know exactly what to do here. Once you leave the lab complex, start running towards the SOUTH exit (#1). This road leads directly to Cordon. You couldn't use it before, however it's not possible. Watch out for wild dogs and anomalies along the way. Click on the big gate to open it (#2). Go to Cordon. This is where this quest will end. Now you will have to go through the garbage sector to return to the Bar.
