Walkthrough Challenges 8 Week 9 Season Fortnite

The eighth week of Fortnite Season 9 has arrived. This means that another set of weekly challenges will be added to the game on Thursday, June 27th.

Fortnite 14 Days of Summer The event is now live, offering players a new daily challenge each day that unlocks rewards for all players who choose to complete the challenges.

As always, there will also be a new set of weekly challenges that reward players with Battle Stars, which are used to rank up the game's Battle Pass.

The tasks are divided into two parts: three tasks that are free and available to everyone who owns the game, and the other is locked and can only be completed by those who own the Season 9 Battle Pass.

Successfully completing quests will earn you more than Battle Stars, as anyone who completes any four of the seven weekly quests will receive an 8000XP bonus to help you level up, as well as move you one step closer to the Utopia gear.

On Thursday, June 27th at 16:30 pm EST / 9:00 am EST / 14:00 pm BST, the official Season 8 challenge will begin, but thanks to dataminer @Lucas7yoshi_ we already have a decent an idea of ​​what we can expect.

Battle Pass Challenges

• Deal (500) Damage to Enemies with Assault Rifles - 5 Battle Stars

• Use Volcano Vent, Air Fan and Zipline in the same match - 10 Battle Stars
• Perform (5) kills outside of named locations - 10 Battle Stars

Completing four of the challenges will net you a net 8,000 XP.

How To Complete Week 8 Season 9 Challenges Fortnite

Apply (400) Shield - Five Battle Stars

The first objective of Week 8 requires players to add 400 shields to their character. This doesn't have to happen in the same match, so it should be easy to do.

There is no specific way to add a shield, so if you see Mini Shields, Shield Pots, Breadfruit Juice, Chug Splashes, or Chug Jug, be sure to pick it up and use it normally.

Visit the Clock on the Fortnite Map - Five Battle Stars

The second challenge will require the player to do detective work, as they must hunt down and visit three different clock locations on the Fortnite map.

If you struggle to find them, players will need to head to the Spontaneous Junkyard, New Towers, and Holiday Village, with no particular order in which you need to go to them.

Destroy seven Opponents in Rich Coast or Hypermarket - 10 Battle Stars

It's clear that Fortnite fans will have to travel to these locations and bring seven different players back to the lobby while in these named locations.

Players can choose any location as their home location where they would like to find their victims, they don't have to find all seven in one match, and they can choose multiple locations in each area if they wish.

Deal 500 damage to enemies with assault rifles - Five Battle Stars

Another easy task, all you have to do is pick up any type of assault rifle and deal 500 damage to enemy players to get the reward.

Level 1: Visit Lush Palms - 1 Battle Star

This week's only staged challenge requires players to land at five different named locations. This means that players must travel here after jumping off the battle bus, and visiting these locations later in the match does not count toward completing the challenge, with each stage having to be completed in order.

• Level 2/5: Land in the New Towers - 1 Battle Star
• Level 3/5: Land in Hypermarket - 1 Battle Star

Use Volcano Vent, Air Vent and Zipline in the same match - 10 Battle Stars

The easiest way to complete this challenge is to head to the Heat Pipes area on the map, as this is where most of the volcanic geysers and cable cars are located. Players only need to use each one once, so keep an eye on them as you travel and quickly use them once you find them.

Perform five kills outside of named locations - 10 Battle Stars

Turning to a classic Fortnite challenge, players must find five kills when they are outside of a named location. This means that any exception you make in an area that is named after the game map will not count towards this call.

The easiest way to complete this task is to stay on the edge of the storm and try to catch people who leave the named locations in an attempt to survive.
