After the cut-scene, sit down next to Anna and listen to her to the end. Get out of the compartment and turn right, where Nastya will stop you. In the next compartment on the right, on the table lies Nastya's letter.

You can listen to Tokarev. Drop in on Stepan and Katya and chat with the guys at the bar. Then go to the Miller in the head car and listen to the recording of communication with the Ark. Interact with the map and hit the road.
