Go with Uncle He for "mushroom meat"

The quest marker will lead you to a clearing located very close by through underground waters. There are several mushrooms on it that glow with a suspicious light.

Collect star mushrooms and as soon as you collect the required amount, the Molds will attack you.

Defeat the molders
