Spell Power is the main stat for this build. Stack as many as you can. Max Critical Strike Rating is 45% (buffed in Moonkin Form). Further accumulation of critical strike is ineffective due to how much we get from our talents and debuffs, such as Improved Insect Swarm, Improved Faerie Fire, Eclipse (Lunar), Majesty of Nature.

Max haste rating is 585 (no buff). The logic is that if we add more haste then combo with Nature's Grace will cause Wrath's cooldown to be lower than the global cooldown (1 second), which would be a waste of stats.
