The Rust Console Edition is something that has been in the works for a while, and while we haven't seen gameplay from the game in a while, we can hope the survival MMO isn't that hard to run even on older hardware like PS4 and Xbox One.
If you're an avid Rust fan or just want to give it a try, this is the perfect opportunity to help you decide if the game is right for you. While the game may not be for everyone, given how ruthless the players are, there are probably some people who will enjoy the experience.
