Chapter 1 Season 4 of Fortnut is out and the official gameplay trailer teases everything Epic Games has in store for Fortnite this season. Players are introduced to new weapons, island-wide hotspots, and the latest user interface to achieve a victory royale.
While battle royale games are known for their pace, weapon loading, and camera settings, first person perspective (FPP) is becoming very popular as it puts players in a realistic environment and gives them an immersive gaming experience.
However, Fortnite has always been in TPP as it involves players building structures and looking around with a wide field of view to scout out enemies.
When the mode Zero Build was added to the game earlier this year, the player created the FPP concept in Fortnitethat went viral. Since then, the community has been raving about getting it in the game and even started an online petition demanding that Epic feature it in their main title.
Loopers even began creating creative maps that forced players to experience a hypothetical FPP mode in the game. While the developers haven't officially responded to these requests, they did reveal through the trailer for Chapter 1 Season 4 that a first-person mode might be coming in the future.
Fortnite may soon introduce perspective or first-person mode in Chapter 4, according to teaser
The aforementioned trailer featured a first-person view of an emoting character. However, no FPP mode was added when the game went online, resulting in a huge amount of frustration among the community.
But that doesn't mean Epic will never add this camera angle to the game so fans can enjoy the game. The glimpse in the teaser is proof that the developers are testing how Fortnite can be experienced in FPP and what are the possibilities of implementing it in this chapter.
Previously, some in the community speculated that the FPP mode might just be for showing emotion. Mini Slayer Fist Bump, which was shown in the trailer and will not be present in any actual gameplay. Speculation was dispelled when players tested the emote in a match after unlocking it from the Battle Pass. Simply put, it was in TPP.
While demand for Fortnite's first-person mode is at an all-time high, the community is appreciating the fact that the game now features a perk system called Reality Enhancements.
Similar to battle royale games like Warzone и Apex Legends, they give players a boost to their combat skills, health, and movement mechanics during matches.
There are several leaks that indicate that more such improvements may be released in the near future. These include those that include The Midas Touch and two options siphon, which will introduce several new ways to play in the final season.
