League Worlds 2020 Events Guide: Start Date, Missions, Rewards, and more.

schedule

As Worlds 2020 kicks off in Shanghai, you too can participate from home. The League of Legends Worlds 2020 in-game event is almost here, with tons of skins, missions, rewards and more to get to celebrate the 10th World Championship.

schedule

The 2020 World Cup is about to begin. As professional teams prepare to the start on September 25 in Shanghai , you can take part in the game at home. Parallel Clash tournament works together with the Worlds , and we have a huge event in the game too .

This event is one of the biggest in the history of the League - and yes, we have talked about it several times over the past 12 months. However, Riot raises the stakes every time, and in commemoration of the 10th World Cup, they really put on a show.

Many rewards are offered, including doubling the prestige points compared to regular events. Players are waiting for new skins, color schemes and more. Curious? We have everything you need to know.

What skins will be participating in the Worlds 2020 event?

For now, we know that one line of skins is sure to be featured at Worlds 2020 - the new Dragonmancer set. There are skins for Ash, Aurelion Sol, Brand, Lee Sin, and Sett, the latter of which will also receive a prestige skin.

If the name is not clear, then all skins are dedicated to the Dragon. From clothing made from the scales of slain beasts to mythical effects brandishing their gauntlets and bows, Dragonmancer's line of gear is both stunning and deadly.

However, it is likely that another line of skins will be introduced at Worlds 2020. Riot has hosted events with multiple skin lines in the past, such as at Worlds 2019, so expect to see a new release soon. There are also files for Odyssey skins. However, does anyone have K/DA skins?

League Worlds 2020 Tournament Pass

As with every event, a Worlds Pass is offered to help you earn the most rewards. This is a little more valuable than the previous ones - there are 50 prestige points on the line instead of 25.

The Worlds 2020 Pass will set you back 1650 RP, or 2650 RP if you combine it with the Obsidian Dragon Sett Skin (save 350 RP). It will automatically contain 200 tokens and 4 Worlds 2020 orbs, and will give you access to 30 milestone missions for additional rewards.

These important missions can be completed while playing League of Legends or Teamfight Tactics. You get more points for victories, but as long as you are constantly playing, you must be in good condition to receive all the rewards. You can find Milestone rewards below:

What missions are part of the League Worlds 2020 event?

In addition to the main missions, there are regular missions that anyone can complete - pass or not. These missions will require you to play as champions of the new Dragonmancer skin line, as well as, obviously, watch some Worlds 2020 action in Shanghai.

There are tons of tokens in these missions, so if you want rewards at the end of the event, be sure to start grinding. While the base missions for the Prestige skin won't be enough, you can still get some goodies without it.

If you want the Obsidian Dragon Sett Prestige skin, you need to level up.
