Last missions and rewards for the last Songbird event before the Worlds.
The latest event in League of Legends, the Blossom Festival, was a big event! It added tons of new content and a unique visual novel style storytelling feature. Now the sequel is out and it moves League of Legends fans away from more Japanese folklore to sci-fi espionage. The new event is called PsyOps and it revolves around something called PsyOp Squad: OPERATION SONGBIRD

Although the event is already running as of September 3, 2020, only a portion of the relevant content is available. Additional skins, 11 in total, will be divided between patch 10.18 and the coming 10.19. This is partly due to the fact that the skin pack includes a skin for samira, a walking reference to Devil May Cry that we covered earlier this week. Here is a list of all champions that have received event skins:
- Sona
- It is
- Shen
- Master Yi
- Ezreal
- Cale
- Pike
- Victor
- Zed
- Samira
Each of the skins will cost 1350 RP, except for the Ezreal and Sona skins (1820 RP). This is a prestigious skin that you can get by earning points in an event and making it available in the event store. This will give you back 2000 PsyOps points or 100 prestige points if you have them.

Like any other major League of Legends event, there is a purchasable Event Pass that costs 1650 RP (about ten dollars), unlocks all event bonuses, and gives you an advantage in the event's respective currency. Without a pass, you won't be able to do everything Psi Squad has to offer. And speaking of the pass, there's the usual list of missions and rewards, which you can check out below:

Weekly missions:

Psi Squad Missions (everyone can get them!)
- Breaking and Entering - Win a game when your team has taken seven or more buildings, or play five games. - PsyOps badge
- Get to work - kill 200 minions or play seven games - 10 tokens
- ➤Coordinator - Play a matchmaking game in a group with one or more friends, or play three games - 10 tokens
- ➤Convergent - Score a takedown involving your entire team or play five games - 10 tokens
- ➤Liberation - Win a game as a PsyOps operative, or win two games, or play four games - 10 tokens.
- ➤Orb Mission - Play 30 Games - 50 Tokens and PsyOps 2020 Orb
It's worth worrying about, but if you already play League of Legends on a regular basis, this shouldn't be a problem. And you have until September 30th to do it all! And as an added bonus, the fan-favorite One For All limited game mode returns, with each team playing the same champion. So, that's it - this is a summary of your goals during the PsyOps event.
