@Haoose did some more digging in turn-based strategy resources Marvel's Midnight Suns and with the help of maestro @spider91 gave us partially finished Russian voice acting, which was present in the resources of the game.

Apparently, work on it was completed in the spring of 2022 for well-known reasons. But it was not removed from the resources.

INSTALLATION:

Follow the installer's instructions. The installation is fully automatic.

DELETE:
