Not all challenges are needed, you only need about two-thirds of all available challenges to get all the perks, allowing you to choose which ones you want to do and which ones to ignore. Nothing is overlooked, everything related to defeating specific enemies can be done after the story. After creating KAKTS Radio Venture, you can call any enemy faction through the Contacts app, this is still available after getting 100% completion in all districts and after completing KAKTS Radio Venture. Enemies will spawn in multiple waves, spawning all enemy types of each faction. This way you can quickly process everything after history.

An automatic trophy related to history cannot be missed. This should be unlocked after the main mission "Art Appreciation" if you have completed all other main missions up to this point (because the missions can be completed in a different order, this may vary). No matter what order you play the main missions in, you will always get this as part of the main story, don't worry about it. "Loyalty mission" refers to missions that are favors for your friends, but they are all part of the main storyline. They are not specifically called "Loyalty" in the game, but they all take place during the first two-thirds of the story.

There are 35 shops in total. All of them are marked on the map from the very beginning of the game and all can be visited at once. Just buy the cheapest item from everyone, they usually have something as cheap as $30-$150. From the "Friendly Fire" weapon stores, it is enough to replenish the cartridges. Interact with the shop owner, scroll through the weapons that don't have full ammo and press 
to top it up. There is no need to buy a separate weapon from every gun shop. The ones you bought something from will say "completed" when scrolling through their icon on the world map. When scrolling over an area, it also shows you how many stores you bought something from in that area.
Note: The clothing store "Everything Is a Million Dollars" in Lakeshore South (next to the clothing store called "Impressions") is NOT needed for the trophy. It is unlocked after completing the main story, but for trophy purposes, you can skip it. It also does not count towards 100% district completion.
Potential bug and fix: if a district shows you're missing a shop, even if it shows "completed" when scrolling through the shop items, just buy something from the shops again and it should fix it (usually it's the Gun Shop that was bugged). In my case, I had 2 gun shops shown as "completed" but district completion showed them missing. Buying ammo from those neighborhood shops fixed it again.

Steal any car, slowly drive into pedestrians, but don't kill them. After they hurt them, some pedestrians will become aggressive and pull you out of the car that pops up a trophy. Pedestrians that will attack you have a red dot on the minimap. Some people just run away so it won't work for everyone.

An automatic trophy related to history cannot be missed. Reward for completing the "Build a Skyscraper" main mission, which requires you to build all the other 14 Ventures. You must then interact with the Imperial Desk at the headquarters to build the Tower of Saints for $8 million. It triggers a cutscene where you sing karaoke and unlock the trophy.

Crimes of Opportunity are randomly appearing events on the minimap. They can spawn anywhere in the city center (they usually don't spawn in deserts outside the city). There are 2 types of Opportunity Crimes: Money Deal - Kill 3-4 enemies and pick up a stack of money, usually found in the alleys. Armored Truck - Blow up the parked money truck and take the cash it drops. You can shoot it with any firearm, it doesn't have to be explosive. When one of them is nearby, it will be shown by the following icons on the minimap: Complete a total of 10 of them. You can make some money bag icons and some truck icons, he counts them together up to 10. They are not hard to find, one of them usually pops up every few hundred meters. Travel around the city and you should make them appear quickly. Due to how much travel you have to do to get 100% in all areas, you will easily run into dozens of them. Go to any "Friendly Fire" weapon shop. They are marked with green weapon icons on the map. Talk to the shop owner, click on one of your weapons, and click Customize. First you must build a Venture called "Cutting Edge". It becomes available at Empire level 3 and costs $400. By building it, you will receive new purple icons on the map, which are called "Edith's Vision Journal". Go to any of them, when you go there, it will cause a yellow search radius, and you must take a picture of the item. An element's tooltip is displayed when scrolling over its purple icon on the map. Criminal enterprises (enterprises) can be built after the 12th main mission "Networking", in the headquarters of the Empire Table of the Saints. The reason this is due to the automatic story is because you need to complete multiple ventures to unlock certain main missions (eg The Rod Warrior, Drawing Heat, After Party).

Vehicles can be upgraded after unlocking Jim Rob's garage from the 5th main mission "Part of the Action". You can do this at your headquarters (HQ) or JimRob's garage. Both are automatic story unlocks. Update 1 becomes available at player level 5, Update 2 at player level 10, Update 3 at player level 15. Therefore, before you can do this, you must be at least level 15 (you can check your level in the Skills app). "). All clothing stores are automatically marked on the map from the very beginning of the game. They have a green icon, you can use the Stores map filter to see them easily. Move from one store to another and buy everything they offer until you have 100 items of clothing. A store called "Impressions" in Lakeshore South has the most clothing items. You also get a lot of clothing items from missions and side activities for 100% district completion, which also count towards 100 total.
It's best to save your money in the early game for more important things like upgrading weapons and building businesses. Save this after the story, by then your businesses will be generating a lot of income and you will already have a lot of free clothing from mission rewards.

There are 10 unique "Special Vehicle Upgrades". They are called "Signature Abilities" in the game. You can view them in the Garage at your headquarters (Headquarters) or JimRob Garage in West Providencia. Scroll through the car and it will say in the bottom right corner what you have to do to unlock the special upgrade.
Many cars have the same special upgrades. But for this trophy, you only need to unlock them for 1 single car. You do NOT need all cars for this! Only 1 car of each class, and then unlock a special upgrade by completing the challenge shown in the garage.
It is best to do this after you are done with 100% completion in all areas. You get most vehicle classes automatically from main missions and side activities so you don't have to find them anymore. For any class, you are missing theft cars from the street, it will show their call on the right side when entering the car. If this is the one you're missing, park it in your garage to unlock it permanently.
