Serafina To Get K/DA Ultimate Skin For League Of Legends Release

New League of Legends pop star, Serafina, will take center stage in Summoner's Rift in just a couple of weeks. When she does, she'll have an Ultimate skin - the first since Elementalist Lux in 2018 - based on her K/DA debut.
The release of Serafina in League of Legends is so seductively close.
The Piltover/Zaun pop star is set to debut on Summoner's Rift in the coming weeks, just as her K/DA collaborative EP, 'ALL OUT', sees the light of day.
To celebrate a milestone—not just for Serafina, but for K/DA fans and League players—Riot is releasing the first Ultimate skin since Elementalist Lux in 2018.
In K/DA for ALL OUT, Serafina will come in three forms: indie, rising star, and superstar. As the game progresses, the pop idol will transform from sleeping talent to stage star, although exactly how she will do so remains unclear.
However, considering it's an Ultimate skin, it's sure to be impressive. There are only five definitive skins in League of Legends, priced at 2775 RP and 3250 RP. This is the highest level of cosmetics in the game, with a complete overhaul of the champion.
However, Serafina receiving the Ultimate skin at release is unprecedented. No Champion skinning Ultimate has done so upon release. In fact, most Ultimate League skins are for longtime fan favorites like Ezreal (Pulsefire) and Miss Fortune (Gun Goddess).
Serafina isn't the only K/DA member to be loved. The core four - Ahri, Akali, Evelyn, and Kai'Sa - are all set to get a new look when their ALL OUT EP drops. They traded gold, purple and white for blue and black in their new makeup.

Serafina's League of Legends release is coming very soon
The skin preview confirms any player doubts regarding Serafina's entry into League of Legends. While Riot many months hinted at her release , these screensavers are the first hard evidence that she will become the 152nd Champion.

Instead of directly declaring Serafina the champion of League of Legends, Riot danced mysteriously around the issue. In the September 24 Champion Roadmap, they announced that "when Piltover and Zaun's new rising star finally hits the waterfront, she could turn you into a mega-fan in an instant", which almost confirmed her release.
There have also been ability leaks in the Wild Rift files that describe Seraphina's potential set as a mage. Her passive, which allows her to use dual abilities, opens Seraphina up to both support and damage threat potential with a mix of healing, defense, and brute strength in her kit.
Expect to see more of Serafina in the coming weeks as she debuts with K/DA at the 2020 World Championship Opening Ceremony on October 31st. She might be coming to League of Legends around the same time!
